STEVEN B. FOX is Merrill Lynch’s lead analyst following the electronics
supply chain industry and is co-global coordinator for this sector. In
addition to following EMS, he also covers specialty wire and cable,
passive components, connectors and distribution for Merrill Lynch. He
was named to this role in February 2003. Previously, he had lead
coverage on Corning, the electronics distribution industry and a number
of companies in the specialty wire and cable industry. Mr. Fox has also
been responsible for co-covering the connector and passive components
industry and wire and cable industries with Jerry Labowitz since joining
Merrill Lynch in 1995. He has a total of 13 years of experience as a
Wall Street equity analyst. Mr. Fox graduated from Pennylvania State
University with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a minor in Finance
and has been a Chartered Financial Analyst since 1995.

STEVE SAKWA joined Merrill Lynch in January 1996 to cover real estate
investment trusts (REITs). Since October 2000, he has served as the
Senior Analyst following this industry, in the global securities
research and economics group and had formerly co-covered REITs at Morgan
Stanley from 1993- 1996. Over the past five years, the Merrill Lynch
REIT Research team has consistently placed first or second in the annual
Institutional Investor survey. Most recently, Mr. Sakwa and the REIT
team placed runner-up in the 2001 Institutional Investor survey. He
earned a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan and an MBA in
Business Administration from New York University’s Stern School of
Business.

STEPHEN S. KIM is a Vice President at Salomon Smith Barney. Previously,
he was associated with Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown and Kidder, Peabody &
Co. Mr. Kim graduated from the Wharton School at the University of
Pennsylvania.

Stephen M. Moss is a research analyst covering bank and thrifts stocks at Janney
Montgomery Scott. Prior to joining Janney in 2003, he worked at SNL Financial as
a bank and thrift research analyst. He received his BBA degree in finance from
James Madison University. He is a CFA Level II candidate.

STEPHEN L. COVINGTON is First Vice President – Financial
Institutions Research at Stifel, Nicolaus & Company. He was
previously employed at Baird, Kurtz & Dobson, and Boatmen’s
Bancshares, Inc. He is a CFA and CPA (not licensed) and a member
of AIMR, the St. Louis Society of Financial Analysts, the
American Institute of CPAs and the Missouri Society of CPAs. He
received a BS in Accounting from the University of Missouri at
Columbia.

STEPHEN CALDERWOOD had 15 years of oil and gas industry experience in
Canada and Europe prior to joining Salman Partners in 1998. He worked
for Talisman Energy Inc., and its predecessor BP Canada, for 10 years,
participating in all aspects of petroleum engineering. Since receiving
his MBA in International Finance from Strathclyde University, he has
focused on business development projects. He analyzes the highest
quality oil and gas companies in Canada, emphasizing their technical
aspects, specifically their oil and gas reserves and exploration
prospects. His analysis is strengthened through visits to company
operations around the world.

STEPHEN CALDERWOOD, Senior Vice President of Raymond James Ltd., joined
the firm in April 2003 and covers oil and gas producers and exploration
companies. He has approximately five years of experience as an equity
analyst with another investment dealer. Prior to entering the investment
industry, Mr. Calderwood began his career in 1983 in the oil and gas
industry as an engineer with BP Canada, and later held positions with
Talisman Energy and NCE Resources Group. He holds a BSc in Chemical
Engineering from the University of Alberta (1983), an MBA from the
University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Scotland (1992), and is qualified
as a Professional Engineer.

Stephen Anderson covers the restaurant sector for MKM Partners LLC. Prior to
joining MKM in September 2004, Mr. Anderson worked as the Chief Market
Strategist at Polyconomics, a renowned classical research firm. He began his
career as a Research Associate in fixed-income market strategy at Donaldson,
Lufkin and Jenrette. He has appeared on CNBC and Bloomberg Radio, and has been
quoted widely in the financial and trade press. He earned a BA degree from the
University of Pennsylvania where he majored in Economics and Japanese studies
and he also graduated with honors from the Stern School of Business MBA program
at New York University.

STEPHAN PETERSEN is a Director-Equity Research Analyst with Cochran,
Caronia Securities, LLC. Prior to joining Cochran, Caronia Securities,
LLC, Mr. Petersen served as a Second Vice President with General Star
Management Co., a subsidiary of General Reinsurance Corporation. In
addition to evaluating and underwriting a wide variety of accounts at
General Star, he was also involved with product research and
development, marketing, and client management Mr. Petersen received a BA
in Economics from Michigan State University and an MBA with
concentrations in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago.
Mr. Petersen is also a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter.

STANLEY H. HARBISON, CFA, is a Senior Vice President and Energy Sector
Leader in Oil and Gas Research at Zurich Scudder Investments. Prior, he
worked at Capital Research Company in Los Angeles. Before that, Mr.
Harbison was a New York City teacher. Mr. Harbison received his BA from
Wesleyan University, a Masters in Education from the University of
Massachusetts, a Masters in Liberal Arts from St. John’s College, and a
Masters of Public and Private Management from Yale University. Mr.
Harbison has been affiliated with several professional organizations,
including the National Association of Petroleum Investment Analysts, the
Oil Analysts of New York, of which he was President from 1986-1987, and
the Accounting Review Group of the AIMR, Petroleum Subcommittee.
