STACY GRAY DEVINE is a Director and Senior Industrial Services Analyst
at Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown, focusing on Environmental and
Infrastructure Services. Ms. Devine has been named to the 2001
Institutional Investor All-Star Team and was ranked number one Pollution
Control Industry Analyst by The Wall Street Journal in 1998 and 1999,
based on stock picking. Prior to joining Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown, Ms.
Devine was a Vice President at First Analysis Securities Corporation
where she was a Senior Analyst covering the environmental and
infrastructure sector. Ms. Devine has also been a Staff Accountant in
the audit group of Ernst & Young. She graduated summa cum laude with a
BS degree in Accounting and Finance at Drake University and an MBA at
Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Business. Ms.
Devine is a Certified Public Accountant.

STACY GRAY is a Director and Senior Environmental and Industrial
Services Analyst with Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown. Prior to joining the
firm, she served as a Vice President with First Analysis Securities
Corporation. A Certified Public Accountant, she has also been a staff
accountant in the audit group of Ernst & Young. Ms. Gray received a
Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Drake
University and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate
School of Business.

SPENCER GRIMES is a Vice President and Equity Analyst at Salomon Smith
Barney where he follows cable television operators and multichannel
programming companies. Previously, Mr. Grimes was associated with
Viacom’s MTV Networks in a variety of affiliate sales, marketing and
advertising roles. He also gained international experience working with
Asian broadcasters and cable networks in program syndication sales. Mr.
Spencer received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia
and his M.B.A. from the Goizueta School of Business at Emory University
in Atlanta. PHILIP J. SIRLIN is a Vice President of Equity Research at
Schroder & Co., Inc. Previously, he was associated with Strategic System
Group, Inc. as a Vice President and with Sanford Bernstein & Company as
a Telecommunications Analyst. He received his Bachelor’s degree from
Princeton University, an M.A. in economics from Yale University and an
MBA from Harvard University. Mr. Sirlin is married, has one child, and
is involved with New Castle Community Television, a public access
television station, as President. KARIM ZIA is a Vice President at
Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. He received his Bachelor’s degree from
the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and is a member of
the Media and Entertainment Analysts Society of New York. Mr. Zia is
married and includes sports among his personal interests.

Since April 2000, JEFFREY R. FIELER has served as a Managing
Director and the Mobile and Consumer Internet Analyst in the
equity research department at Bear, Stearns & Co. Previously, he
held the positions of Assistant Vice President and Associate at
Dresdner Kleinwort Benson, also in equity research, following the
business-to-business e-commerce sector. Prior to that, Mr. Fieler
spent a year working at KPMG doing consultative research for the
asset management practice. From 1993 through 1997, he held
various positions, including analyst for Pilatus Financial, a
firm specializing in takeover arbitrage. He holds a BA in
Economics from Brown University, an MBA from New York University
and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

SHELBY A. FLECK is a Principal at Morgan Stanley, which she joined in
1990 and follows the electronics manufacturing services companies,
connector manufacturers, electronics distributors and computer products
distributors. Since 1998, she has been ranked Number One, Number Two or
Runner Up for her coverage of the electronics manufacturing services
sector and Number Three for her coverage of the connector industry by
Institutional Investor. She was also ranked Number One by the Greenwich
Associates survey in 1999 and 2000 for coverage of the electronics
manufacturing services industry. Ms. Fleck graduated from Smith College
and earned a Master’s degree from the M.I.T. Sloan School of Management.

SHEKHAR PRAMANICK is Senior Analyst and Managing Director, Semiconductor
Equipment and Manufacturing at Schwab SoundView Capital Markets. Before
joining the firm in April 2004, Dr. Pramanick worked at Prudential
Equity Group, LLC, as a senior analyst covering the semiconductor
equipment and manufacturing sector since 2000. In 2001, Dr. Pramanick
was recognized as Next Generation analyst by Institutional Investor
survey. Dr. Pramanick’s industry experience includes six years at
Advanced Micro Devices. Dr. Pramanick received his PhD degree in
materials science and engineering from North Carolina State University;
his master’s degree in physics from University of Oregon, and his
bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Regional Engineering
College, India. Dr. Pramanick holds 40 US patents in semiconductor
technology.

SHAWN SEVERSON, Senior Vice President – Equity Research at Raymond James
& Associates, joined Raymond James in July 1999. He is responsible for
covering the electronics manufacturing services and electronic
components industries, and focuses on the technology supply chain. He
has been recognized in The Wall Street Journal Best on the Street Survey
three times, and was named a Forbes Top Analyst for his sector in 2004.
Prior to joining Raymond James, he followed the industry for several
years as a Vice President at Everen Securities. Before that, he worked
for Salomon Brothers and Wasserstein Perella. He earned a Bachelor of
Arts degree with honors from Augustana College, where he studied
Economics and Finance. He then continued on to study economics for a
year at the University of Karlstad, in Sweden.

SHAWN MILNE is a Senior Analyst in consumer technology research
at SoundView Technology Group. He has 11 years of Wall Street
experience ‘ three years at SoundView, five years in research at
Hambrecht & Quist and three years in sales and trading at Salomon
Brothers. He received his BS in Finance from Colorado State
University and an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at
the University of North Carolina.
