SUSAN B. BILLAT is a Managing Director with Robertson Stephens, having
joined the firm in 1996 from Ultratech Stepper, where she was Senior
Vice President of marketing. She has more than 22 years of experience in
the electronics and semiconductor equipment industries. Ms. Billat holds
a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Physics from the Georgia
Institute of Technology.
SUMIT DHANDA is a vice president and a research analyst in the Equity
Research Department at Banc of America Securities LLC, where he covers
the semiconductor sector. He joined the company in 2000 as an associate.
He was promoted to research analyst in 2002. Previously, he was a senior
research engineer at LSI Logic, where he worked on emerging technologies
in semiconductor manufacturing. He earned a bachelor of science degree
in electrical engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and
Science (India), a master of science degree in electrical engineering
from the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth College and a doctor
of philosophy degree in electrical engineering from Stanford University.
SUE REINHOLD is a Healthcare Analyst at Dresdner RCM Global Investors
where she covers the health services sector. Previously, she was
associated with Jurika & Voyles. She received her Bachelor’s degree
from Stanford University. Ms. Reinhold was awarded a Marshall
Scholarship and a National Science Foundation Graduate Fellowship and
completed her Ph.D. in Social Anthropology at the University of Sussex,

STUART SEELEY is a Director at UBS Warburg. Prior to joining UBS Warburg
he was a REIT Analyst at Salomon Smith Barney. Mr. Seeley received a BA

GREG WHYTE heads up Morgan Stanley’s Real Estate and REIT research team
in the U.S., and has been at Morgan Stanley for 10 years, having joined
Dean Witter in 1991. Previously he spent three years at Lehman Brothers
covering real estate and financial services companies. Mr. Whyte came to
the US in 1987 having spent four years at UAL Merchant Bank in
Johannesburg, South Africa. He graduated from Natal University, South
Africa, where he studied Business and Real Estate Finance. Mr. Whyte is
a frequent speaker and presenter at various industry and related
conferences and seminars, and has previously been named to the
Institutional Investor ‘All Star’ REIT team.
STEVEN WHARTON is an Equity Research Analyst at Loomis, Sayles &
Company, L.P. in Boston. Previously, he was associated with the Public
Employees Retirement System of Ohio. He received his Bachelor’s degree
from Ohio University and his MBA from Miami University. Mr. Wharton is
Director of the Bank and Financial Analyst Association and an Affiliate
Member of Boston Chartered Financial Analyst Association.
STEVEN TUEN is Co-Manager of the Kinetics Internet Fund and Kinetics
Emerging Growth Fund, part of a family of mutual funds focused on the
Internet sector. Additionally, he is Director of Research of The IPO
Value Monitor, conducting independent research on initial public
offerings. A Chartered Financial Analyst, Mr. Tuen received his
Bachelor’s of Business Administration from The City University of New
York – Baruch College.
STEVEN R. HASH is a Senior Vice President of Lehman Brothers and the
Senior Equity Analyst for the Real Estate Investment Trust industry.
Previously, Mr. Hash was associated with Oppenheimer & Co. as a research
analyst and with Arthur Andersen & Co. as a Senior Auditor. He is a
graduate of Loyola University and earned his M.B.A. from New York
University. Mr. Hash is a member of NAREIT and is a past President of
the Real Estate Analyst Group.
