THOMAS H. TASHJIAN is a Senior Managing Director and Senior Retailing
Analyst in the Consumer Group at NationsBanc Montgomery Securities.
Previously, he was associated with First Manhattan Co., Seidler
Companies and Prudential Securities. He was formally a retailing
consultant for the City of New Orleans and an area manager for the Ayr-
Way discount chain. A member of the AIMR speakers program, Mr. Tashjian
earned his Bachelor’s degree from Butler University and his M.B.A. from
Tulane University.

THOMAS DESCHAMPS is a Team Member at Mehta Partners LLC. He holds a
Bachelor of Science degree in Cell Biology and worked in biomedical
sales, providing consulting to the scientific research community. Mr.
DesChamps is completing an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New
York University.

THOM ALBRECHT is a Vice President and Senior Analyst of Transportation
Equity Research for ABN AMRO, Inc. in Chicago. His focus is on providing
investment research coverage on entrepreneurial trans-portation
companies including truckload carriers and third party logistics
companies. Previously, Mr. Albrecht was associated with A.G. Edwards.
While his background is equity research, he has been involved in a
number of public stock underwritings in the transportation and
automotive arena. A Chartered Financial Analyst, Mr. Albrecht earned his
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Finance minor from
Central Missouri State University. Married with one daughter, he
includes golf, running, basketball and politics among his personal
interests. Mr. Albrecht is also an avid St. Louis Cardinals baseball
fan.

THEODORE P. KOVALEFF has been a Senior Bank and Thrift Analyst at Sky
Capital, LLC since 2002. Prior to this his was an analyst dealing with
small banks/S&L’s/National Securities at Dirks & Co. He has also been a
private money manager since 1968. From 1965 to 1992 Mr. Kovaleff held a
number of university positions including Lecturer at Barnard’s College,
Assistant Professor at New York University and Saint John’s University
and Assistant Dean, School of Law at Columbia University. He is the
author of numerous publications including The Antitrust Impulse (M.E.
Sharp & Co., 1994), Business and Government During the Eisenhower
Administration (Ohio University Press, 1980), Poland and the Coming of
World War II, (Ohio State University Press, 1977, co-author), and has
contributed to numerous other publications. His work has appeared in
publications such as The Wall Street Journal, The American Journal of
Legal History, the Antitrust Bulletin and The Bond Buyer. Mr. Kovaleff
has been actively serving his community since 1975 on a number of boards
and committees. He earned his PhD in History-Legal and Economic in 1972
and has an AB and MA from Columbia University. He is currently working
on The Department of Justice’s View of Antitrust, an evaluation of
Reagan antitrust policies. Mr. Kovaleff resides in New York City. He is
married with two children.

THEODORE (TED) S. SEMEGRAN is a Senior Vice President with Brown
Brothers Harriman. Prior to joining the firm, he was associated with
Lehman Brothers and Dean Witter. Mr. Semegran holds a Bachelor’s degree
in Chemical Engineering from the City College of New York, a Master’s
degree from Stevens Institute of Technology, and an M.B.A. in Finance
from New York University. A Chartered Financial Analyst, he is a member
of the NYSSA, the American Institute of Chemical Engineers, and the
Chemical Marketing Research Association. Mr. Semegran is married, has
two children, and includes tennis, scuba, jazz, travel, and fine wines
among his personal interests.

THEODOR J. KUNDTZ is a Senior Vice President of Lehman Brothers where he
focuses on specific groups within the technology sector. Previously, Mr.
Kundtz was associated with Bear Stearns as a Managing Director, Standard
& Poor’s as an Analyst, Pfizer and the Bureau of the Budget for the City
of New York. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in business administration
from Georgetown University and his M.B.A. from New York University. Mr.
Kundtz has also completed all but his dissertation for a Ph.D. in
economics at NYU.

TERRY PETERS, Oil and Gas Analyst at Canaccord Capital Corporation, is
responsible for Canaccord’s research on large cap Canadian oil and gas
companies. He brings over 15 years of experience as an analyst in the
oil and gas sector, and has held senior positions in a similar capacity
with HSBC Securities, Griffiths McBurney, Loewen Ondaatje McCutcheon,
DFI Securities, and Burns Fry Limited. Prior to entering the investment
business, Mr. Peters was employed in the oil and gas industry as an
engineer with Norcen Energy Resources in Calgary and Toronto. Mr. Peters
graduated with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and Management from
McMaster and holds an MBA in Finance from the same university.

TAMARA KRAVEC is a vice president and a research analyst in the Equity
Research Department at Banc of America Securities LLC, where she covers
the life insurance sector. She joined Banc of America Securities in June
2000 as a member of the Equity Research Management team. In her role as
Director of Associates, she managed equity research associates
nationwide and developed the company’s emerging analyst program. In
2002, she returned to research coverage and spent two years working with
the Property Casualty Insurance team, where she focused primarily on the
insurance brokers and personal lines insurers. Previously, she was a
research analyst in the Equity Research Department at Morgan Stanley
Dean Witter, where she covered health insurers and health maintenance
organizations and later focused on property/casualty insurers and
reinsurers. Before that, she was a research associate covering the life
and health insurance sector at Credit Suisse First Boston. She earned a
bachelor of science degree in economics from Miami University (Ohio) and
a master of business administration degree from New York University’s
Leonard N. Stern School of Business. She is a member of the Association
of Insurance and Financial Analysts.

Tahira Afzal is a Vice President and Equity Research Analyst with KeyBanc
Capital Markets, Inc. With the company since April 2007, her research coverage
is focused on construction, engineering and infrastructure companies. She
previously worked for Lehman Brothers, most recently assisting with the coverage
of imaging technology stocks. Prior to that, she served as a research associate
in the engineering and construction space. Other previous employment includes
managing an economics research team at ABN AMRO Bank, and working as an
investment analyst at Jardine Fleming (J.P. Morgan), both in Pakistan. Her
undergraduate degree is from Corpus Christi College at Oxford University in
England, where she received Honors in her study of solid state physics. She also
earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of North
Carolina, Chapel Hill.

SUSHANT KUMAR, PhD, is a Team Member at Mehta Partners LLC. He has an
extensive background in cancer research and has published numerous
scientific articles. He was an American Cancer Society postdoctoral
fellow at Harvard Medical School, where he conducted research in viral
oncology. Dr. Kumar holds a Doctorate in Molecular Biology from UMDNJ ‘
Center for Advanced Biotechnology and Medicine. Prior to joining the
firm, he was a senior technology analyst and consultant at Genesis Group
Associates, where he covered a wide range of technology assessment and
market research activities.
