RICHARD W. STEENKEN is a Managing Director of ARCO Investment Management
Company. Previously,

Richard S. Paget is a Managing Director and the Associate Director of Equity
Research at Morgan Joseph & Co. Inc. Prior to joining the firm, he was an
Associate in Equity Research at Banc of America in the telecom sector. He is a
CFA charterholder, and received an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Kellogg
School of Management, Northwestern University and a BA in Asian Studies from
Trinity College.

RICHARD R. STOVER joined Arnhold and S. Bleichroeder, Inc. in
1998, and is the firm’s Global Pharmaceuticals Analyst,
specializing in the pharmaceutical industry as well as the
Biotechnology and Biopharmaceutical sectors. Mr. Stover founded
Stover & Associates LLC and Stover Haley Burns, Inc., two firms
that specialize in the Life Sciences industry. Before joining
Arnold S. Bleichroeder, Mr. Stover worked for Alex. Brown & Sons,
Inc., Smith Barney, Prudential-Bache Securities, E.F. Hutton &
Co. and Mitchell Hutchins, Inc. He also served as Director of
Investor Relations, among other positions, at Pfizer, Inc. He has
been named five times as an Institutional Investor ‘All America
Runner-Up’ in the pharmaceutical industry. He is a member of the
AIMR and the NYSSA and is a past President of the Health Industry
Analysts Group of New York. Mr. Stover holds an MBA in Finance
from the New York University Graduate School of Business and a BS
in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.

RICHARD PETERSEN is a Vice President and an Equity Research Analyst in
Credit Suisse First Boston’s Technology Group. His research coverage is
focused on Internet companies that provide marketing, customer
communications, and related services. Before joining CSFB, Mr. Petersen
was a Vice President and Equity Research Analyst at Volpe Brown Whelan &
Co. Prior to that, he was one of the first employees at DoubleClick,
Inc., a leading Internet marketing company, where he spent three years
as Director of Product Development. He received his MBA from Columbia
Business School.

RICHARD K. WEINGARTEN, a Director at Salomon Brothers, joined the firm
in May 1997 and follows the computer services and financial technology
sectors. Mr. Weingarten has 8 years experience following technology and
financial services stocks and an additional 6 years of industry
experience. Prior to Salomon, he was a Managing Director and Partner at
Montgomery Securities, a Vice President at Mabon Securities and an
Analyst at Sanford C. Bernstein. Mr. Weinigarten also ran the strategic
planning and business development function for one of the world’s
largest airline reservation systems. Mr. Weingarten received a B.S. in
Economics with honors from the Wharton School of the University of
Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of
Management at Northwestern University. He co-authored the book Marketing
Mutual Funds: Targeting the Affluent and Retail Investor.

RICHARD K. WEINGARTEN is a Managing Director at Salomon Smith Barney
where he follows the computer services and financial technology sectors.
He has nine years experience following technology and financial services
stocks and an additional six years of industry experience. Previously,
he was associated with Montgomery Securities, Mabon Securities, and
Sanford C. Bernstein. He also ran the strategic planning and business
development function for one of the world’s largest airline reservation
systems. He received his Bachelor’s degree in economics from the
Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and his MBA from the
J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
Mr. Weingarten co-authored the book Marketing Mutual Funds: Targeting
the Affluent and Retail Investor.

RICHARD J. MACDONALD is a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan Securities.
He previously served as Global Research Director at TD Securities, Inc.,
as well as a Broadcasting and Cable Analyst with First Boston
Corporation. Mr. MacDonald is a graduate of Yale University and has
conducted graduate work in Economics at McGill University in Montreal. A
Chartered Financial Analyst, he was awarded a Freedom Forum Fellowship
to study Media Entrepreneurship.

RICHARD DAVIS JR., CFA, tracks enterprise software firms for Needham &
Company, where he is a Managing Director. He has followed companies for
19 years, including contract manufacturing and semiconductor chipset
firms. His previous affiliations include Wessels, Arnold & Henderson,
where he was the fifth analyst and 20th employee at that technology
boutique; and Rauscher Pierce, where he helped build a telecom practice
for that firm’s capital markets effort. (both firms have merged several
times since then, recently forming Royal Bank of Canada Dain Rauscher
Wessels.) He received his undergraduate degree from Davidson College and
an MBA in Finance from Vanderbilt University. Mr. Davis is married and
lives in Wellesley, Massachusetts. He allocates his free time between
his two children’s plentiful extracurricular activities.

RICHARD C. MOORE II is a Managing Director, Equity Research Analyst,
with KeyBanc Capital Markets, a division of McDonald Investments Inc.
With the company since March 1999, he manages a team of seven
professionals whose research focuses on real estate investment trusts
(REITs). Mr. Moore was previously a REIT analyst with Stifel, Nicolaus
and Company, Inc. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics
and biology from the University of Redlands in Southern California and a
Master of Business Administration degree in management from MIT’s Sloan
School of Management. Mr. Moore is a Chartered Financial Analyst, as
well as a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and
the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts. He has been
recognized by both The Wall Street Journal and Zacks as an All-Star
Analyst, and was recently recognized by StarMine as a Top 10 Stock
Picker and a Top three Earnings Estimator within the real estate sector.

RICHARD C. EASTMAN, a Senior Analyst and Managing Director at Robert W.
Baird, joined the firm in June 2000 and provides research to Baird’s
industrial team, specializing in filtration and process technology
companies. He has been a sell-side analyst for 15 years, most recently
as a Managing Director and the Director of Research for Tucker Anthony
Sutro. He holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-
Milwaukee and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. He is
a Chartered Financial Analyst. ALAN PAVESE, who joined the Credit Suisse
First Boston Equity Research department in February 2000, is a Director
and currently follows the environmental services industry. He has been a
Research Analyst since 1995, covering environmental services companies
since 1997 and electrical equipment companies prior to that. He has also
held equity research analyst positions at Goldman Sachs & Co. and Morgan
Stanley Dean Witter. Before that, he worked for General Electric as an
Electrical Engineer. He holds an MBA from Columbia University Business
School and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of
Buffalo. Institutional Investor magazine recognized him in each of the
1999, 2000 and 2001 All-Star Research Analyst surveys, most recently as
the third ranked analyst in the environmental services industry.
