BEN LYNCH, a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc., is
Deutsche Bank’s US semiconductor devices analyst. Prior to joining the
bank in 1997, he was a Management Consultant for BCG in Paris for two
years and worked six years in the semiconductor industry – three years
with Toshiba Electronics (Germany) in product marketing and three years
with IDT (Silicon Valley) in front-end manufacturing. He graduated from
Trinity College Dublin in 1988 with a First Class (honors) degree in
Electronic Engineering and was awarded an MBA with distinction from
INSEAD, France in 1995. Prior to re-locating to the US, he was ranked
number one in the 2002 European and he was also ranked number three in
the 2003 Global Institutional Investor polls.

BARRY L. RAEBURN is a technology research analyst at Emerging Growth
Equities, Ltd., focusing on a broad range of computer hardware,
intellectual property and semi-conductor related companies. Mr. Raeburn
comes to EGE from Pilgrim Baxter and Associates, the PBHG fund group,
where he held various analytical positions. He has over six years of
buyside experience following numerous sub sectors within the technology
space. Over that time, his focus was in covering hardware and
semiconductor-related companies across the entire market capitalization
spectrum with a focus on young growing companies. His investment
background also includes experience in quantitative research
applications and software programming. Prior to joining Pilgrim Baxter,
he was a Research Associate with Regional Financial Associates. His
experience included forecasting and analysis of major US macroeconomic
variables. He was educated at Temple University, earning a BBA in the
dual major program of Finance and Risk Management. He is a Level 2
candidate in the Chartered Financial Analyst program and a member of the
Financial Analysts of Philadelphia. Mr. Raeburn holds NASD licenses
(Series 7, 63, 86, 87.)

BARBARA A. JOHNSTON has been a Life Sciences Analyst with Haywood
Securities Inc. in Vancouver, British Columbia, since 2000. In this
position, Dr. Johnston assesses both private and public biotechnology
and healthcare companies for investment opportunities. She also
researches and evaluates value and growth prospects for private biotech
and medical device companies. Prior to joining Haywood Securities, Dr.
Johnston served for a year as the Associate Director of Professional
Services at Charles River Laboratories in Wilmington, Massachusetts. In
this role, she professionally oversaw the world’s largest research
animal diagnostic laboratory. Before that, Dr. Johnston spent 12 years
as the Vavarium Director of Animal Health Resources at the Fred
Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Seattle. Dr. Johnston received her
board certification from the American College of Laboratory Animal
Science in 1994 after performing her residency in Laboratory Animal
Medicine at the University of Washington. She received her Doctorate in
Veterinary Medicine from Washington State University in 1985, after
completing her bachelor’s degree in Biology and Fisheries from the
University of Washington in 1981.

B. KEMP DOLLIVER, Managing Director at SG Cowen Securities
Corporation, follows facilities-based healthcare services
companies, including the acute care, rehabilitation, assisted
living, clinical laboratory and pharmacy benefit management
industries. Mr. Dolliver is a member of the healthcare/hospital
management team. Previous employment was at TradeStreet
Investment, Aetna Life & Casualty and Dean Witter Reynolds. He
received a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an
MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School. He is a CFA.

AUDREY SNELL joined Brean Murray & Co. in 2001 and rolled out coverage
of the financial institutions in Puerto Rico and several specialty
finance niches, including accounts receivable purchasing companies,
student loan companies and title insurance companies. She was a buy side
portfolio manager for many years, with an excellent record in small and
mid-cap companies in a variety of industries.

ARTHUR ODUMA is a Stock Analyst covering real estate investment trusts
(REITs) and homebuilders. Before joining Morningstar in June 2003, he
worked for six years as an architect and CAD consultant. Mr. Oduma holds
an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor’s degree in
Architecture from the University of Nairobi.

ARNAB K. CHANDA joined Lehman Brothers in 2000 and currently covers
communications semiconductors, optical components and electronic design
automation companies. Mr. Chanda was previously a Research Analyst at
Robertson Stephens covering electronic design automation and digital
consumer semiconductor companies. Prior to that he worked in corporate
finance at Robertson Stephens advising semiconductor and communications
companies in raising public and private financing and mergers. Mr.
Chanda also worked at Wall Street Analytics, a software company modeling
mortgage-backed securities. He graduated with a BS in Physics and a BS
in Chemistry from Stanford University.

ANTHONY V. VENDETTI has been a Senior Healthcare Analyst on Wall Street
for more than 10 years and follows the medical device, healthcare
information technology and services industries. Prior to joining Maxim
Group, LLC, Mr. Vendetti was a Senior Healthcare Analyst at Gruntal, UBS
Securities and Ladenburg Thalmann. Mr. Vendetti also worked for three
years in the healthcare industry at CIGNA, ultimately as a Senior
Healthcare Analyst in the managed care division. His responsibilities at
CIGNA included industry research, forecasting healthcare expenditures,
writing analytical narratives of clients’ medical benefit plans, and
identifying cost containment measures. Mr. Vendetti earned his MBA in
Finance and Accounting at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and his BS
degree in Biology at SUNY Binghamton. While at Binghamton, Mr. Vendetti
was pre-med, earned his emergency medical technician certification and
was a member of the Binghamton volunteer ambulance corps. He is also a
member of the Association for Investment Management and Research and the
Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society. Mr. Vendetti has
been a guest speaker on CNNfn, CNN MoneyLine, and a member of investment
panels at various healthcare conferences nationwide. In addition, he
has been quoted in numerous healthcare journals and financial
publications such as BusinessWeek, Investors Business Daily and The Wall
Street Journal. On June 26, 2001, The Wall Street Journal ranked Mr.
Vendetti as one of the best stock-picking analysts in its annual 2000
Best on the Street survey..

ANTHONY P. GALLO is a Vice President and Senior Equity Analyst at BT
Alex. Brown Incorporated in Baltimore. Previously, he was associated
with Chase Manhattan Bank and Merrill Lynch. Mr. Gallo earned his
Bachelor of Science degree from Towson State University and his M.B.A.
from the University of Baltimore. A Chartered Financial Analyst, he is a
member of the Baltimore Society of Security Analysts. Mr. Gallo is
married and has three children. He includes family, reading and sports,
including Aikido, among his personal interests.

Anthony J. Polini is a Senior Vice President at Raymond James & Associates,
Inc., Equity Research. He joined in 2007, and primarily follows banks and
thrifts located in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states, as well as Puerto
Rico. He began following the banking industry in 1985, when he joined Pru-Bache
Securities. He has worked at several firms since then, including A.G. Edwards &
Sons, Mabon Securities, Midwest Research, and Advest, Inc. He earned his BA
degree in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania and has
an MBA in Finance from St. John’s University.
