BRADLEY J. MOORE is an Equity Research Analyst at Putnam Lovell
Securities, Inc., covering the e-finance industry specializing in
e-processors and financial technology companies. He has covered
the space for nearly two years. Prior to his employment at Putnam
Lovell, Mr. Moore served in the investment group for a registered
investment advisor wholly owned by State Street Research &
Management Company. Additionally, Mr. Moore served with
E&Y/Kenneth Leventhal & Company, an international consulting and
accounting firm, where he managed engagements in investment
valuation, applied research and business strategy. Mr. Moore
received a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance
from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Science
degree from the University of California, Davis. Mr. Moore is a
Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the Association for
Investment Management and Research (AIMR). He is Series 7 and
Series 63 registered.
BRADLEY G. BALL joined Prudential Financial Inc.’s Equity Research
Department in November 2000, and is a Senior Vice President covering the
Specialty Finance and Mortgage Finance sectors. Previously, Mr. Ball was
a Director at Credit Suisse First Boston and a Senior Bank Examiner at
the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. On three occasions during his
tenure at the Fed, Mr. Ball was awarded the Federal Reserve Bank of New
York’s Presidential Award for Excellence. His research has been
recognized in several polls, including Institutional Investor Magazine’s
All Star Analyst poll in 2000 (‘Best Up-And-Comer’ for Specialty
Finance) and in 1998 (‘Best Up-And-Comer’ for Money Center Banks),
Reuters Annual Analyst Poll (1998-2000), and The Wall Street Journal All
Star Analyst Survey for stock picking (1998). Mr. Ball earned an MBA in
Finance from New York University and a BA in History and Environmental
Studies from Williams College. He is currently a member of the Board of
the Bank and Financial Analyst Association and a member of the New York
Society of Securities Analysts.
BRADLEY COLTMAN is currently a senior analyst covering the North
American environmental services industry at Deutsche Bank Securities,
Inc. Before his appointment, he spent the last three years as the senior
associate on the North American Environmental Services team, which was
recognized as a member of the Institutional Investor All-America
Research team in 2001. Prior to joining the firm, he was an Assistant
Vice President at Duff & Phelps Credit Rating Company, where he covered
financial services companies. He holds an MBA in Finance from the
University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics
from the University of Illinois.
BRAD HINTZ is the Equity Research Analyst covering the securities and
asset management Industries at Sanford Bernstein & Co. Inc. For the last
two years he has been nationally ranked by Institutional Investor
Magazine and by Greenwich Research Associates. Mr. Hintz spent 13 years
on Wall Street, serving for three years as the Chief Financial Officer
and Managing Director of Lehman Brothers Holdings and for 10 years at
Morgan Stanley Group as a Partner of that firm and its Treasurer. Prior
to coming to Wall Street in 1986, Mr. Hintz was Vice President and
Treasurer of Anderson Clayton & Co., a Fortune 200 consumer products
company. He also was Group Vice President at The Northern Trust Company
and served in various financial positions at Standard Oil of California.
Mr. Hintz grew up in Edina, Minnesota. He holds a Bachelor of Science
degree from Purdue University, a Master of Science degree from the
University of Southern California and a Master of Business
Administration degree from the Wharton School. He is on the Alumni Board
of the Krannert School of Purdue University and on the Board of Visitors
of the Marshall School of the University of California. Mr. Hintz is a
Lieutenant Commander in the U.S. Naval Reserve.
BORDEN R. PUTNAM III is a Chief Geologist and Principal of Robertson
Stephens Investment Management. Previously, he was associated with
Mineral Resources Development, Inc., as a vice president of Geology and
Modeling and with Geochemical Services, Inc., as a vice president and
director of Property Evaluations. Mr. Putnam was also senior geologist-
district manager at Newmont Exploration, Ltd., and project geologist,
field geologist at AMAX Exploration, Inc. He earned his Bachelor’s
degree in Geology-Geochemistry from the New Mexico School of Mining and
Technology and his M.S. degree in Geology-Geochemistry from the New
Mexico School of Mines. He is a Registered Professional Geologist in
both California and Wyoming, a Fellow of the Society of Economics
Geologists, a member of the SEG International Exchange Lectureship
Committee and a member of the American Association of Petroleum
Geologist. He was also president of the Geologist Society of Nevada-Elko
Chapter in 1990 and editor-Great Basin of the Society of Economic
Geologists Newsletter from 1990-1993. Mr. Putnam is married, has four
children and describes himself as a quasi-professional musician.
BILL SHOPE joined the JP Morgan Equity Research Department in New
York as the Vice President and Senior Analyst covering the
enterprise and PC hardware sector in June 2002. Before joining JP
Morgan, Mr. Shope spent the last two years as Vice President and
Senior Analyst at ABN AMRO. Prior to ABN AMRO, Mr. Shope spent
three years at CSFB and UBS Warburg. He earned a degree in
Economics, cum laude, from Harvard University as an Advanced
Standing student, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
BILL DREHER covers the Broadline Retailing sector for the North American
Equity Research Group of Deutsche Bank Securities. He helped Deutsche
Bank earn the top ‘First Team’ position for the retailing sector in
Institutional Investor’s 2003 Global Research Team ranking. Previously,
Mr. Dreher was Managing Director and a Senior Retail Analyst at WR
Hambrecht + Co., specializing in the broadline retailing sector. Prior
to that, he was a Senior Research Analyst at Robertson Stephens for two
years, also focusing on discount stores, department stores and warehouse
clubs. Previously, Mr. Dreher worked for five years in equity research
at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corporation, covering the
retail sector with DLJ’s number one-ranked Institutional Investor All-
America Research team. He holds a BA in Political Science from George
Washington Univer-sity and an MBA in Finance from New York University,
Stern School of Business.
BIJAN MOAZAMI is a chartered financial analyst and managing director in
the financial services research group of Friedman, billings, Ramsey
Group, Inc. Mr. Moazami has more than eight years of experience in the
property/casualty insurance sector, and is highly respected in his field
for his objective, insightful research. Prior to joining FBR, Mr.
Moazami worked with Alex. Brown’s investment banking division. There, he
was actively involved in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions,
strategic advisory, and valuation analysis, and new business pitches to
a broad array of clients, primarily in the property-casualty and life
insurance sectors. Prior to joining Alex. Brown, Mr. Moazami was an
associate research analyst at Morgan Stanley insurance group, where he
co-covered property-casualty insurance and reinsurance stocks. Mr.
Moazami received his MA in international finance and monetary theory and
his BA of commerce in finance and international business from McGill
University, Montreal.
BERT L. BOKSEN is a Senior Vice President, Portfolio Manager at Eagle
Asset Management. Previously, Mr. Boksen was associated with Raymond
James & Associates, Inc. as a Co-Director of Equities Research and Chief
Investment Officer, Raymond James Focus List Committee as Chairman and
Standard & Poor’s as a General Analyst. A Chartered Financial Analyst,
Mr. Boksen earned his Bachelor’s degree from City College of New York
and his M.B.A. from St. John’s University.
BENJAMIN M.W. ROOKS is an Executive Director and Senior Analyst at CIBC
World Markets, where his coverage universe includes e-health information
systems and pharmacy benefits management. He joined the firm in
September 1997, after two years as a Senior Analyst at Vector Securities
International, Inc. Previously, Mr. Rooks was an Associate Analyst at
Adams, Harkness and Hill, Inc. He has spoken at numerous e-health
conferences, appearing on CNN Financial News, has been a guest lecturer

Prior to his Wall Street career, Mr. Rooks worked in managed care and
healthcare consulting. He earned his MBA in Healthcare from the Wharton
School at the University of Pennsylvania and his BA in Psychology from
Brandeis University.
