ANNE P. MALONE, CFA, is a Vice President at Salomon Smith Barney,
covering Medical Technology Industry. She was previously associated with
Bear Stearns & Company. Ms. Malone is a Chartered Financial Analyst and
a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts. She received a BA
in Finance, with a minor in Economics from St. Leo College.

ANN HENRY is an Analyst in the telecommunications services research
group at BancAmerica Robertson Stephens specializing in satellite
services. Previously, she was associated with Salomon Brothers in equity
research and corporate finance and with Tiffany & Company as marketing
director. Ms. Henry earned her Bachelor’s degree from Harvard University
and her MBA from Stanford University.

ANDREW W. STAPP is a Vice President in the Research Department at Cohen
Brothers & Company. He brings over 20 years of experience in providing
merger and acquisition and other financial advisory services to
financial institutions, primarily in the mid-Atlantic region. Mr. Stapp
is a Certified Management Accountant and holds a BS and MBA in Finance
from The University of Tennessee, where he was elected to Beta Gamma
Sigma in recognition of his academic accomplishments. He is the author
of several articles concerning merger and acquisition and valuation
issues and has been quoted in various publications on a variety of
banking issues.

ANDREW THUT is a Research Analyst at MFS Investment Management in
Boston, focusing on small and mid-cap emerging growth stocks. Prior to
joining MFS, Andrew worked as an investment banker in the Technology
Group at Alex. Brown & Sons. Andrew enjoys skiing, hiking and fishing.
He is a graduate of Dartmouth College.

Andrew Stapp joined B. Riley & Co., LLC, in 2007 as a Senior Equity Research
Analyst. His coverage includes commerical banks and thrifts. Prior to joining
B. Riley & Co., he served as Vice President, Research at Cohen & Company, where
he also covered banks and thrifts. Prior to that, he was involved in investment
banking, where he successfully consummated approximately 100 M&A transactions in
the financial services industry. He received his BS in Business Administration
and MBA in Finance from The University of Tennessee.

ANDREW SCHROEPFER founded Tier 1 Research in August 2000 after four
years on Wall Street. Most recently, Mr. Schroepfer was a Vice President
and Senior Equity Analyst with Goldman Sachs, covering the Internet
infrastructure services sector. Prior to Goldman Sachs, he was with U.S.
Bancorp Piper Jaffray where he covered communication service providers
as a Vice President and Senior Equity Analyst. Mr. Schroepfer is an
honors graduate of St. John’s University, having earned a BA in
Economics and Accounting. He has been quoted in numerous worldwide
publications such as The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Red
Herring, USA Today, Washington Post, Business2.0, CFO Magazine and
Interactive Week. Mr. Schroepfer has been interviewed on such television
and cable programs as CNBC, CNNfn, the Nightly Business Report and
various ABC-affiliate programs. He has also provided expert witness
testimony on data center issues.

ANDREW M. BARISH is a Managing Director and Senior Research Analyst in
the Consumer Group at Banc of America Securities LLC, where he follows
the restaurant industry. He focuses on casual dining, specialty concepts
and quick-service restaurants. He joined Banc of America Securities in
March 2001 from Robertson Stephens, where he had served as a Restaurant
Analyst since 1995. Prior to his focus on the restaurant industry, Mr.
Barish served as an Environmental Services Analyst at Robertson Stephens
from 1993 to 1995 and at Kidder Peabody from 1989 to 1993. He was named
a ‘Runner-Up’ for the past three years (2002-2004) on the Institutional
Investor All-America Research Team for his coverage of the restaurant
sector. He was also ranked third overall in the 2002 Greenwich Research
Associates Survey. Mr. Barish is a four-time Wall Street Journal All-
Star and is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts. He
received a BS in Business Administration with a Finance emphasis from
the University of Southern California.

ANDREW LAZAR is a Research Analyst in the Packaged Food Sector at Lehman
Brothers. Previously, he was associated with Unilever in strategic
planning and with Mars and Company in management consulting. A member of
the Consumer Analyst Group of New York, Mr. Lazar received his
Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the Wharton School of the University
of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Columbia School of Business. Mr.
Lazar is married, has one daughter, and includes sports and travel among
his personal interests.

ANDREW L. ROSIVACH, a Senior Research Analyst at U.S. Bancorp
Piper Jaffray covering real estate investment trusts, joined the
firm in April 2002. Prior to that, he was an Analyst at UBS
Warburg in New York covering REITs. Prior to UBS Warburg, he was
an Analyst at Prudential Insurance. He received a Bachelor’s
degree in Economics and History from Yale University. He holds
the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

ANDREW CONWAY is a Principal of Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. He was
previously associated with Coca-Cola and Salomon Brothers. He earned his
Bachelor’s degree in finance from Lehigh University and his M.B.A. from
the Emory Business School. Mr. Conway is married, has one child, and
includes tennis, golf, reading and opera among his personal interests.
