CHARLIE GLAVIN, CFA, is a Director at Credit Suisse First Boston. He

Analyst with CIBC World-Markets. Previously, he followed capital goods
and auto parts companies at Value Line, as well as served as President
of the Machinery Analysts of New York. Mr. Harris holds a Bachelor’s
degree in Political Science from Vassar College.
CHARLES N. ERNST joined Putnam Lovell Securities, Inc., in June 1999 as
a Research Analyst in the Commercial Banking sector. He was recently
promoted to Vice President. While at Putnam Lovell, Mr. Ernst’s coverage
has focused on Southeastern banks, while dedicating time to other larger
issues within the banking sector. Prior to joining Putnam Lovell, Mr.
Ernst was an associate on the second highest ranked 1999 bank team,
according to Institutional Investor, while at Salomon Smith Barney.

Jason Goldberg is a Senior Vice President and Senior Research Analyst at
Lehman Brothers covering the Regional Banking industry. He joined
Lehman in July 2000. He began covering the banking industry in June 1995
at Smith Barney and then at Salomon Smith Barney. He was named to the
Institutional Investor magazine’s All-American Research Team for Mid-Cap
Banks in 2002, ranking #1, the inaugural year of this category. He also
placed second among all bank analysts in the 2002 StarMine/NASDAQ annual
survey for earnings estimate accuracy. He received a Bachelor of
Business Administration from the University of Michigan and is a

CHARLES J. BRADY is the Director of Research and a Senior Analyst
at Credit Lyonnais Securities for the autos and auto parts
sectors. He began his automotive-related career at Ford Motor
Company, where he served in various positions in both finance and
product planning. He began his Wall Street career in 1985 in the
Research Department of Sanford C. Bernstein & Co., Inc., as a
sellside Automotive Analyst. In 1992, he switched to the buy
side, joining J.P. Morgan Asset Management. In all, he has been
directly involved in automotive-related research for 16 years,
including a stint on the Institutional Investor rankings while at
Oppenheimer & Co. He also held positions in the research
departments of Mabon Securities and Lord, Abbett and Company (a
portfolio management firm) before accepting his position with
Credit Lyonnais Securities in February 1999. He holds an MBA from
the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Science degree in
Engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, New
York.
CHARLES F. BOUCHER is a Vice President and Senior Semiconductor Analyst
at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Dr. Boucher spent seven years in the
semiconductor industry and was previously associated with UBS
Securities, Hambrecht & Quist, and Dataquest. He received his
Bachelor’s degree in materials science from Brown University as well as
a minor in economics and finance from the Sloan School of Management and
his Ph.D. in electronic materials from Massachusetts Institute of
Technology. Mr. Boucher has two children and includes mountain biking,
hiking, skiing, reading and the outdoors among his personal interests.
JONATHAN JOSEPH is a Senior Managing Director at NationsBanc Montgomery
Securities. Previously, he was associated with UBS Securities, Kidder
Peabody, Lehman Brothers. A Chartered Financial Analyst, he received
his Bachelor’s degree from California State University at Humboldt and
his Master’s degree from the University of California at Berkley. He
also attended Sophia University’s Japanese Language Institute in Tokyo.
Mr. Joseph is married, has two children, and includes tennis, skiing,
and Japanese hot springs among his personal interests.
DANIEL T. MYERS is a Vice President and Senior Semiconductors Analyst at
Lehman Brothers. Previously, he was associated with VLSI Technology and
Morgan Stanley. Mr. Myers received his Bachelor’s degree from
Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and his MBA from the Amos Tuck School
at Dartmouth College.
BRUCE WALICEK is a Vice President and Senior Research Analyst at BT
Alex. Brown’s technology equity research organization. Previously, he
was associated with Texas Instruments, VLSI Technology and Cirrus Logic.
He received his Bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Southwest Texas
State University, his MBA from the University of Santa Clara, and
performed graduate work in electrical engineering at the University of
Texas at Austin. Mr. Walicek is married and has two children.
Charles C. Duncan joined JMP Securities LLC in November 2002 as a Managing
Director and Senior Research Analyst covering biotechnology. Prior to joining
JMP, he had served as Director of U.S. Equities and as a biotechnology analyst
at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein Securities from July 2001. He previously spent
a year at Prudential Vector Healthcare Group and its predecessor, Vector
Securities International, as a Senior Vice President following biotechnology and
genomics. He began his equity research careerat Tucker Anthony Cleary Gull,
where he covered drug development and therapeutics from March 1997 through May
