CAROL D. WINSLOW is a Managing Director and Medical Device Analyst at
Jefferies & Company, Inc. and is Co-Head of the Medical Device Practice
of the firm’s Health Care Investment Banking Group. Prior to joining
Jefferies, Ms. Winslow was associated with Vector Securities
International as well as Medtronic, Inc. in the medical device industry.
Ms. Winslow received an A.B. from Mount Holyoke College and an M.B.A.
from the University of Minnesota.

CARL MCDONALD is an analyst at Morgan Stanley, having joined the
healthcare equity research team in 2004 to cover the managed care
industry with Christine Arnold. Most recently, Mr. McDonald worked at
Banc of America Securities and was previously employed at Credit Suisse
First Boston. He also worked at Cambridge Associates, a financial
consulting firm. Mr. McDonald holds a BA in Economics and a BA in
American Studies from Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts. He
is a Chartered Financial Analyst, and a member of the Association of
Investment Management and the Boston Society of Security Analysts.

CARL E. REICHARDT is Director and Senior Research Analyst at Wachovia
Securities, which he joined in May 2003. He covers the homebuilding and
building products industries and has extensive experience in the
building industry. From 2000 to 2003, Mr. Reichardt was Principal and
Equity Resarch Analyst at Banc of America Securities in San Francisco.
From 1997 to 2000 he served as co-Founder and co-CEO of Stampede
Ventures LLC, a retailer and consulting company serving the manufactured
housing industry. From 1993 to1997 he was an Equity Research Analyst for
Montgomery Securities in San Francisco. From 1988 to 1991, Mr. Reichardt
was employed by the Fieldstone Company, a large private homebuilder
based in Newport Beach, California. He received his BA in English (with
honors) from Georgetown University and an MBA from the Graduate School
of Business at Stanford University.

CAREN TAYLOR is a Vice President and Senior Research Analyst at
E*OFFERING in San Francisco. She was formerly associated with Robertson
Stephens & Company and with Everen Securities. A graduate of the
University of Texas at Austin from which she received a BA in
Mathematics, Ms. Taylor holds an MBA from the University of Chicago. She
is a Chartered Financial Analyst, a member of the AIMR and a member of
the San Francisco Society of Security Analysts.

CANNON CARR is an Executive Director and Senior Equity Analyst in CIBC
World Markets’ wireline telecom services group. He was previously
associated with BancAmerica, Robert Stephens and Coopers & Lybrand
Consulting’s Telecom and Media Group. Mr. Carr received a BA from
Princeton University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

CAMPBELL K. CHANEY, CFA, is a Senior Vice President at Sanders Morris
Harris. He was previously associated with Sutro & Co., Sandler ONeill
and Partners, Rodman and Renshaw and the Federal Reserve Bank of San
Francisco. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Financial
Analysts, the Association of Investment Management and Research and the
Security Analysts of San Francisco. Mr. Chaney received a BA in
Business/History from Principia College and an MBA from the American
Graduate School of International Management.

CAI VON RUMOHR is a Managing Director and Senior Research Analyst
specializing in the aerospace industry and satellite services. Mr. von
Rumohr has followed the aerospace industry since 1969 and has been named
to Institutional Investor’s ‘All-America Research Team’ 26 times since
its inception in 1972. Mr. von Rumohr is a member and past President of
the Aerospace Analysts’ Society of New York and has taught the Aerospace
Industry portion of the Boston Society of Security Analysts’ courses on
analysis. He received a BA from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard
Business School.

C.K. POE FRATT joined A.G. Edwards in 1999 to cover the oilfield
service industry. Mr. Fratt has more than nine years of
experience as an investment analyst (with Lehman Brothers, Loews
Corporation, Smith Barney and BT Alex Brown). He has covered the
oilfield service industry since 1994. Mr. Fratt graduated from
Stanford University and earned an MBA from Cornell University’s
Johnson School.

C. GREGG SPEICHER, CFA, joined Stifel, Nicolaus & Company in
November 2000 as Vice President of Research. He specializes in
the analysis of companies in the enterprise software sector,
including supply chain and integration software vendors. Prior to
joining the firm, he performed equity research at Hoak Breedlove
Wesneski & Co. He holds a BS in Management from the Georgia
Institute of Technology.

C. A. ‘CHIP’ DILLON III, is a Managing Director of Smith Barney
Inc. and the Senior North American Paper and Forest Products
Industry Analyst in the Equity Research Department. He is a
Chartered Financial Analyst and a past President of the Paper and
Forest Products Analysts Group of New York. He consistently ranks
highly in the major polls/surveys of U.S. Paper and Forest
Products Analysts, including a No. 1 ranking on five occasions in
the Institutional Investor poll. In addition, he is the only US
Paper and Forest Products Analyst to be inducted into the Wall
Street Journal Analyst ‘Hall of Fame.’ Prior to joining Smith
Barney predecessor Salomon Brothers in August 1992, he covered
the industry at First Manhattan Co. and, on the buy side, at J.P.
Morgan Fleming Investment Management. He also has been associated
with Bankers Trust Company. Mr. Dillon earned a BS from the
University of North Carolina in 1980, and an MBA from Columbia
University in 1986.
