CHRISTOPHER DANELY is a Vice President and Senior Semiconductor Analyst
for Merrill Lynch focusing on small and mid-cap semiconductor device
companies. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, Mr. Danely worked at
Prudential Securities for two years and Robertson Stephens for six
months in equity research focusing on semiconductor and semiconductor
capital equipment companies. Prior to Robertson Stephens, he worked as a
management consultant. Mr. Danely’s views on the semiconductor industry
have been featured in several major news publications and industry
journals such as The Wall Street Journal, Investor’s Business Daily,
Electronic Buyers News and EE Times. He recently received the up and
coming award and was ranked in the top 15 semiconductor Research
Analysts in the 2001 Institutional Investor All America poll. Mr. Danely
received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of
California.

CHRISTOPHER C. SHILAKES, First Vice President, has been a member of the
Securities Research Division of Merrill Lynch since October 1993. Prior
to joining Merrill Lynch, Mr. Shilakes was Investor Relations Director
at Oracle Corporation, a leading relational database software and
services vendor, from April 1992 to September 1993. Before that, he was
a Senior Research Analyst with Alex. Brown & Sons for four years,
covering the systems software and relational database industries. Mr.
Shilakes was named to the Institutional Investor magazine 1997, 1998,
1999, 2000, and 2001 All-America Research Teams in the Server and
Enterprise Software category, and Institutional Investor magazine 2001
Global Research Team. He earned a BA in Economics from Princeton
University.

CHRISTIN T. ARMACOST is a Director at SG Cowen, covering the Data
Networking Industry. She has followed the Data Networking industry for

CHRIS LOZIER is a stock analyst with Morningstar, covering airlines,
aerospace and defense companies. Prior to joining Morningstar in 2004,
he worked as a consultant in Washington, DC, for such organizations as
the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Before that, he was a portfolio manager
for the Chicago investment advisor Schlindwein Associates, LLC. Mr.
Lozier holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Notre
Dame and a master’s of business administration Degree from Northwestern
University’s Kellogg School of Management. Prior to business school, he
served for six years in the U.S. Navy as a submarine officer.

CHRIS HUSSEY is a Vice President-Investment Research, U.S. and Latin
America Engineering and Construction at Goldman Sachs. Mr. Hussey
previously was associated with Lehman Brothers. He earned his
Bachelors degree from Harvard University and his M.B.A. from Columbia
University. Mr. Hussey is married, has one child and includes among his

MARC SULAM is a Vice President at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette
Securities and was formerly associated with Kidder, Peabody & Co., Inc.
He is a graduate of Georgetown University from which he earned a
Bachelor of Science degree in business administration. He is a member

CHRIS DEPUY is an Analyst at Morgan Stanley. Previously, he was
associated with Hill Environmental as a Corporate Network Administrator
and with Stearns & Wheeler as a Consulting Engineering. He received his
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Union College and his Master’s
degree in Engineering from Cornell University. Mr. DePuy is a
registered New York State Professional Engineer.

CHENG LIM covers the infrastructure software sector for Fulcrum Global
Partners LLC. Prior to joining Fulcrum, he followed Internet
infrastructure and application software companies at Goldman Sachs.
Earlier, at Deutsche Bank, he worked in the risk management division,
reporting daily risk exposure to management. Before Wall Street, Mr. Lim
was a Signals Specialist in the military, where he deployed fixed line
and wireless communications for an infantry battalion of 1,500 soldiers.
After serving in the military, Mr. Lim attended the University of
Massachusetts at Amherst, earning a BBA in Finance.
TODD C. WELLER has responsibility at Legg Mason Wood Walker for research
coverage of companies in the infrastructure software sector. Prior to
joining Legg Mason in August 1998, he was an associate analyst at
Prudential Securities following companies in the Internet and electronic
commerce sector. From June 1996 to August 1997, Mr. Weller was a
Research Assistant at Alex. Brown & Sons. Mr. Weller received an MBA
from the University of Maryland at College Park and a BA in economics
with certificates in finance and management science from the University
of Maryland, Baltimore County. He is a CFA charter holder

CHARLOTTE APPEL CHAMBERLAIN is a Vice President at Jefferies & Company,
Inc. where she covers financial services companies — primarily thrifts,
regional banks and mortgage bankers. Prior to joining Jefferies, Dr.
Chamberlain was associated with Wedbush Morgan, NewAmerica Savings,
Glendale Federal Bank and Federal Home Loan Bank Board. She earned her
Bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut and her M.A. and
Ph.D. in Economics from Cornell University. Dr. Chamberlain is a member

JOSEPH K. MORFORD III joined BT Alex. Brown in January 1995 and is
responsible for coverage of regional and community banks primarily
located in the western U.S. Prior to joining BT Alex. Brown, he was a
regional Bank Analyst at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods Inc., an institutional
brokerage firm specializing in the banking industry. Previously, Mr.
Morford had spent time both as a stockbroker and as a financial manager
for an independent oil company. He received an M.A. with honors from the
University of St. Andrews in Scotland. His personal interests include
travel, fly fishing, skiing and bodysurfing.
