Charles Boucher

CHARLES BOUCHER is a Managing Director of Bear Stearns & Company,
covering the semiconductor devices industry. He has over seven years of
experience in the semiconductor industry. Dr. Boucher was previously
associated with DLJ, UBS and H&Q. He received a BS in Materials Science
from Brown University and a PhD in Electronics Materials from the
Massachusetts Institute of Technology, with a Minor degree in Economics
and Finance from the Sloan School of Management.
