SANFORD L. MARGOSHES is a Senior Vice President at Loeb Partners
Corporation. Previously, he was associated with Shearson Lehman, Lehman
Brothers, Chief Economist-Iranian Oil Operating Companies, Mobil, and
Shell Oil. Dr. Margoshes earned his Bachelor’s degree from Princeton
University, his MBA from Columbia Graduate School of Business, and his
Ph.D. in Economics from New York University School of Business. He is a
permanent member of the Board of the National Petroleum Investment
Analysts and has contributed several articles to the Financial Analysts
Journal. He has also appeared on the McNeil Lehrer News Hour and has
testified before Congress. Dr. Margoshes is married, has three
children, and includes walking, painting, and travel among his personal
interests.

SANDRA HOLLENHORST follows the medical device industry for Prudential
Vector Health Care Group where she has been a Senior Analyst for six
years. She was ranked number one in 2000 and number two in 1999 in The
Wall Street Journal All Star Analyst rankings for earnings estimate
accuracy in the medical device sector. Ms. Hollenhorst, who is a
Registered Medical Technologist, spent 15 years in the medical device
industry where she worked in various senior positions. She has a BA in
Biology from Hamline University in St. Paul, Minnesota, an MS in
Biochemistry from the New Mexico Institute of Technology, and has
completed MBA course work at the University of St. Thomas. Ms.
Hollenhorst is the past President of the Minnesota Emerging Medical
Organization.

SAMUEL WILSON is the Analyst covering the data networking industry for
the Communications Equipment group at Merrill Lynch. Prior to joining
Merrill Lynch in June 2000, Mr. Wilson worked at Banc of America
Securities, Montgomery Division, and C.E. Unterberg, Towbin. Prior to
that, he worked for four years at Applied Materials, Inc., in various
engineering and management positions. He holds and has pending patents
on tungsten and copper processing technologies. Before joining Applied
Materials, Mr. Wilson was a Captain in the United States Army, stationed
in the United States and Europe. Mr. Wilson earned his MBA with Honors
at the University of California at Berkeley in 2000. He earned his BS
with Honors in Electrical Engineering along with a minor in Mathematics
at Seattle University in 1991.

ROSS L. SMOTRICH, a Managing Director and Senior Equity Analyst at Bear,
Stearns, heads a five-member team that provides research coverage for
REITs and other real estate securities. He joined Bear, Stearns in 1998.
He was previously with Merrill Lynch and Chemical Bank. He also worked
as an Economist in Israel’s Department of International Affairs-Ministry
of Finance, and in the Knesset. He received his BA from the University
of Pennsylvania and his MBA from Columbia University. He is a member of
the Urban Land Institute (Multi-family Council) and NAREIT.

ROSS L. SMOTRICH is a Managing Director at Bear, Stearns & Co. Prior to
joining Bear, Stearns & Co., Mr. Smotrich was a Vice President and
Senior Equity Analyst at Merrill Lynch. Before beginning his real estate
career, Mr. Smotrich worked as an Economist in the Department of
International Affairs-Ministry of Finance, and in the Knesset, State of
Israel. He received his BA from the University of Pennsylvania in
Diplomatic History and International Economics and his MBA in Finance
and Real Estate from Columbia University. Mr. Smotrich is a member of
the Urban Land Institute (Multi-family Council) and NAREIT.

ROMITHA S. MALLY is a Vice President at Goldman Sachs & Co., where she
covers packaged food companies. From 1995-1998 Ms. Mally was an
Associate in the Communications, Media, and Entertainment Group in
Investment Banking at the firm. Ms. Mally has an MBA from The University
of Chicago.

ROGER READ joined Natexis Bleichroeder Inc. in 2003 and covers the oil
services sector. Prior to that, he was at Simmons & Company
International: from September 2002 to September 2003, based in Houston,
he was Vice President – Equity Research following contract drillers and
offshore construction within the Oil Services sector; and from June 1999
to September 2002, primarily based in Aberdeen, Scotland, he was Vice
President – European Research, covering the European oil services
sector. From June 1996 to June 1999, he was a Research Associate at
Simmons, following large and mid-cap oil services companies, initiating
Simmons & Company International’s coverage of the Canadian oil services
sector in 1997. From 1990 to 1994, he worked in the corporate internal
audit department at Halliburton in Dallas, Texas. From 1989 to 1990, he
was employed by Ernst & Young LLM in Houston as a Staff Auditor. He has
a Master’s degree in Finance from Rice University’s Jones School of
Administration, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Southern
Methodist University.

ROGER NORBERG is a Senior Technology Research Analyst covering
companies in the electronics manufacturing supply chain. Mr.
Norberg joined J.P. Morgan in March 2000, and was the firm’s top
ranked technology analyst in 2000 and 2001. In 2002 Mr. Norberg
was voted a runner-up in Institutional Investor’s annual investor
poll. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Mr. Norberg was a senior
Research Analyst with US Bancorp Piper Jaffray’s research
department. Prior to joining Piper Jaffray, Mr. Norberg was a
manager with Deloitte & Touche Consulting Group, where he worked
with large multinational clients on consulting engagements
involving business process reengineering and value-based
management. Mr. Norberg is a graduate of the University of
Minnesota with a Bachelor of Arts degree and has an MBA from the
University of Chicago.

RODERICK D. MCKENZIE JR. is a Managing Director at Jeffries & Co.,
previously affiliated with Southcoast Capital, Simmons & Company
International, and Schlumberger and Halliburton. He is a graduate from
the University of Alabama where he earned his BS in Electrical
Engineering, and from the University of Houston where he earned his MBA.
Mr. McKenzie is married and has two children.

ROD W. BARE is a stock analyst with Morningstar, covering the computer
hardware industry. Before joining Morningstar in 2003, he was an
investment banker at Deutsche Bank Securities. Mr. Bare has a bachelor’s
degree in economics from Illinois State University and an MBA in finance
and statistics from the University of Chicago. Prior to business school,
he was an information technology consultant and was trained as a network
systems specialist in the United States Air Force.
