MARK F. FITZGERALD is a Vice President at Merrill Lynch. Previously, he
was associated with Union Bank of Switzerland, Hambrecht & Quist,
Dataquest, and Materials & Technology. Mr. Fitzgerald received his BA
in Chemistry and his BSc in English Literature from McGill Univeristy in
Montreal and his MBA from Duke University.

MARK E. AUGUSTINE is a Senior Research Analyst with U.S. Bancorp Piper
Jaffray’s Equity Research Group, where he focuses on biotechnology
companies. He was most recently a Biotechnology Analyst and a Vice
President in the Equity Research Department at SG Cowen Securities. He
previously worked at Morgan Stanley & Co. and Canaan Partners, a venture
capital firm. Mr. Augustine graduated Magna Cum Laude from Yale College
and received his MBA from Harvard University.

MARK D. KALINOWSKI, a Director at Smith Barney, began covering the
restaurant industry in March 2000. Prior to this he assisted in covering
the photography and imaging industry for Smith Barney from May 1996
until November 1999. In 2001, He was cited as a Next Generation analyst
by Institutional Investor magazine, which highlights the best up and
coming analysts on Wall Street. In 2002, Institutional Investor awarded
him a ranked position, as a Runner-Up within the restaurant category.
Also, together with Michael Rietbrock, lodging analyst at Smith Barney,
Mr. Kalinowski was voted number one in the 2001 Reuters survey in the
hotels, restaurants and leisure category. He secured his Master’s in
Business Administration degree and Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical
Engineering degree from the University of Michigan.

MARK D. KALINOWSKI is a Vice President at Salomon Smith Barney, where he
has covered the restaurant industry since March 2000. Prior to this he
helped to cover the photography and imaging stocks for the firm. He was
formerly associated with Flexible Plan Investments, Ltd., Yolles
Investment Management, Inc., and Andersen Consulting. Mr. Kalinowski has
an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BS in Mechanical
Engineering, also from the University of Michigan.

MARK D. HENDERSON is Director and Senior Analyst at ABN AMRO,
Incorporated, covering Publishing and Information Services companies.
Mr. Henderson has over 13 years of experience in the securities
industry. Prior to joining ABN AMRO in July 2000, Mr. Henderson was the
media analyst for First Manhattan Company. He was previously associated
with Bank of Boston’s Global Capital Markets division in Boston,
Massachusetts. He graduated from Brown University in 1987 with a
Bachelor of Arts in Victorian Literature and he earned an MBA at
Columbia Graduate School of Business in 1998. A Chartered Financial
Analyst, he is a member of the NYSSA, the AIMR and New York New Media
Association. Mr. Henderson is a Trustee of the Redeemer Presbyterian
Church in New York City.

MARK CONSTANT is a Senior Vice President/Senior Equity Research Analyst
at Lehman Brothers. He was formerly associated with Merrill Lynch where
he was the Senior Analyst responsible for covering the asset management
and mortgage finance sectors. In the latest Wall Street Journal All-Star
Analyst Survey, Mr. Constant was one of just three analysts, across the
industries, to rank number one in both stock picking and earnings
forecasting in his sector, and is among the most highly ranked analysts
in the Institutional Investor poll. A graduate of Stanford University,
he is a member of the AIMR and the Security Analysts of San Francisco,
and is a frequent guest lecturer at the Stanford Graduate School of
Business. Mr. Constant is also a frequent guest on CNBC, CNN and
Bloomberg News.

MARIOLA B. HAGGAR is President, General Partner and Portfolio
Manager at Haggar Concord Partners, LP. Ms. Haggar was previously
associated with Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown and Salomon Brothers as
a Pharmaceutical Analyst. Prior to that she was employed at
Kemper Securities Group, Inc., L.F. Rothschild and Unterberg,
Towbin and began her career at Kidder Peabody & Co. in 1982. Ms.
Haggar received a BA in Biochemistry from Cornell University and
an MPH from Columbia University.

MARIO V. CORSO, CFA, is a Senior Analyst covering the pharmaceutical and
biotechnology industries since 1996. He was previously associated with
Copley Pharmaceuticals and Scudder Investments. Mr. Corso received a BA

MARIA LEGATOS-PHILLIPS is a Vice President and Senior Research Analyst
at Banc of America Securities. Ms. Phillips joined Banc of America
Securities in June 1999, providing research coverage of the specialty
pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining Banc of America Securities,
Ms. Phillips had served as a Research Associate for Warburg Dillon
Read’s large cap pharmaceuticals research team since July 1998. Prior to
joining Warburg Dillon Read, Ms. Phillips was a clinical coordinator at
Pfizer Pharmaceuticals. As such, she was responsible for providing
assistance to managed care organizations, hospitals, and physician
groups in managing formularies, doing trend analyses, and providing
education on disease management. Prior to 1996, she worked at the
University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital, where she was a Clinical
Pharmacist, with primary responsibilities involving drug utilization
reviews and formulary management. Ms. Phillips received her BS in
Pharmacy from St. John’s University, an MBA from Long Island University
and a Doctorate in Pharmacy from Southeastern University.
