MARK W. RAVERA, PhD, is a Team Member at Mehta Partners LLC. He has
industry science experience (Aventis/RPR, Novartis/Sandoz, Schering
Plough Research Institute) and global marketing exposure from Bristol-
Myers Squibb and prior, was a Senior Scientist at DGI Biotechnologies,
specializing in phage display technologies. His PhD (George Washington
University) is in Genetics and his MBA was earned at Rutgers University.

Mark S. Urness is a Managing Director and Head of Energy Research at Calyon
Securities (USA) Inc. He has been an investment professional for 15 years
including nine years at Citigroup, two years at Merrill Lynch and four years at
Calyon Securities. At Citigroup and Merrill Lynch he led research teams that
were consistently top ranked in polls conducted by Institutional Investor
magazine and Greenwich Associates. Prior to joining Citigroup, he held
management and engineering positions for 12 years at Phibro Energy and Amoco
Production Company. He holds a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from the
University of Wisconsin and an MBA in finance from the University of Houston. In
addition, he is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas and a
member of the Society of Professional Engineers.

MARK S. MILLER, who was recently rated a 5-Star Analyst by Zacks, joined
Hoefer & Arnett as a research analyst in 2000 after working as a
research manager at Read-Rite Corporation, where he headed a process
development team. Mr. Miller has 25 years of management and technical
research experience with organizations including 3M, Seagate Technology,
NASA and HMT Technology. While at NASA he was a Space Shuttle Astronaut
Semifinalist. Mr. Miller has authored 40 publications in nine major
science and technology journals and holds three patents. Mr. Miller
received a BA in Physics from Johns Hopkins University. He also has an
MS in Physics and was a PhD candidate in the Physics Department at the
University of Maryland. In 1990, he received an MBA in finance and
marketing from the Carlson School of Management at the University of
Minnesota. Mr. Miller covers the hardware technology sector, including
data storage, optical technology and thin film processing equipment
firms.

MARK MUTH, an Analyst of FTN Midwest Securities Corp., joined the firm
in November 2001. Previously, he was an Analyst in the Investment
Banking group of SunTrust Equitable Securities Corporation, where he
gained significant experience with a variety of investment banking
transactions, including public and private equity, M&A, and other
advisory services for companies in the business services, technology,
education and restaurant industries. He earned a BSBA degree in Finance,
summa cum laude, from the University of Tennessee.

Mark McKechnie joined American Technology Research in May 2007 to cover the
telecom equipment sector. He has over 20 years of experience in the technology
industry and on Wall Street. He spent the past two years running Twin Peaks
Capital, LLC, a fund focused on hyper-growth companies with an emphasis on
technology. This followed seven years as the Wireless Equipment Analyst at
Montgomery Securities (now BofA) before, during and after the late 1990s tech
bubble. He started his career in the late 1980s as a cell phone designer on
Motorola’s first flip phone, the MicroTAC, and then spent four years at Intel
during the early/mid-1990s as a product manager in the desktop and notebook
processor groups. He graduated from Purdue University with a BS degree in
Computer and Electrical Engineering and later earned his MBA degree at the
Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern.

MARK LANDY is a Vice President and Senior Research Analyst at
Leerink Swann & Company. Prior to joining the firm he was
associated with Investor AB, Merlin BioMed Group, and New Era
Capital. Mr. Landy earned a DDS from the University of the
Witwatersrand, South Africa, and a BBA from The Wharton School,
University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Landy is a member of the South
African Medical and Dental Council, the South African Society of
Surgeons, the British Medical Council and the British Dental
Association. JAN WALD joined A.G. Edwards in June 2000 and
focuses his research efforts in the medical technology industry.
Dr. Wald is an active publisher of industry and company-specific
research reports focused in the areas of cardiology and
neurology. He has previous work experience in the medical
technology industry, working at Guidant Corp. and Honeywell, Inc.
At Guidant, Dr. Wald managed clinical programs as well as the
development of the algorithms and software for two implantable
defibrillators. At Honeywell he managed image processing
algorithm and robotics programs. Prior to joining A.G. Edwards,
Dr. Wald was a Senior Vice President and Senior Analyst in
medical technology at George K. Baum & Co. He has a PhD from
Brandeis University and an MBA from University of St. Thomas. Dr.
Wald also holds a patent on atrial fibrillation detection.

MARK L. CONSTANT is Senior Vice President and Senior Equity
Research Analyst of brokers and asset managers at Lehman
Brothers. He is a member of the Institutional Investor magazine
‘All-America’ Equity Research Team, garnering the highest
attribute scores for stock selection and
accessibility/responsiveness among ranked analysts in the brokers
and asset managers category, in the most recent poll. He has also
ranked four times among the ‘Best on the Street’ in The Wall
Street Journal’s annual Analysts Survey. In last year’s contest,
he placed number one in both stock picking and earnings
forecasting, among all of the qualifying analysts in the

MARK KOZNAREK is a Senior Research Analyst and a Founding Partner of
Midwest Research-Maxus Group covering capital equipment, aerospace and
multi-industry companies. Previously, Mr. Koznarek was a Research
Analyst with Roulston & Co., he served as a Senior Financial Analyst
covering the capital goods industry. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in
Chemistry from the University of Illinois, MS degree in Chemical

MARK HASSENBERG, Managing Director at Credit Suisse First Boston and one
of Wall Street’s technology veterans, was with Donaldson, Lufkin &
Jenrette for 21 years, before its merger with Credit Suisse First Boston
in October 2000. His coverage responsibilities extended from electronic
components, connectors and distribution to electronic manufacturing
services and printed circuit boards. Mr. Hassenberg has been a top-
ranking All-America Research Team analyst in over 21 consecutive
Institutional Investor magazine polls, receiving the number one ranking
in connectors and electronic components in five of the last six years;
and in 2000, he was voted number two in electronics manufacturing
services. Also in 2000, he was voted number one in his industry in the
