MARGOT DUROW is a Vice President, Health Care Services at Vector
Securities International. Previously, Ms. Durow was associated with
CIGNA and J.C. Bradford. She received her MBA in finance from Rutgers
University. Ms. Durow includes reading, swimming, roller blading, and
bicycling on the lake front in Chicago among her personal interests.

Jacobsen received her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from
Towson State University and her MBA from the Colgate Darden School at
the University of Virginia. She was elected to the YWCA Academy of
Women Achievers of the City of New York and has served on the Business
Advisory Council for the YWCA of New York. She has also served as the
president of the Association of Insurance and Financial Analysts and is
director of the Towson State University Foundation. Ms. Jacobsen
includes skiing, running, hiking and travel among her personal interests
and is a three time finisher of the NYC Marathon.
MARCIA L. AARON is a Managing Director at Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown. She
was previously associated with Montgomery Securities and Robertson,
Colman & Stephens. Ms. Aaron is a Wall Street All Star Analyst, 2000-
estimate accuracy in retailers: apparel; 1999 – in three categories
including estimates accuracy in both retailers, apparel and
textiles/apparel and in stock picking in retailers: apparel; 1998 – All-
Star in estimate accuracy in textiles/apparel. She is married. Her
hobbies and interests include scuba diving and traveling.
MARC S. MARCON is a Vice President at First Union Securities.
Previously, he was associated with Cleary Gull Reiland & McDevitt and
Leo Burnett. A Chartered Financial Analyst, he holds a Bachelor’s degree
in Economics from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the
University of Michigan. Mr. Marcon is a member of the AIMR and the
Richmond Society of Security Analysts.
MARC H. SULAM is a Principal at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.
Previously, he was associated with Kidder, Peabody. Mr. Sulam received
his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Georgetown
University. He was the chairman of the Environmental Control
Subcommittee of the AIMR and is a member of the NYSSA, the Environmental
Control Analyst of New York and the Listing Committee for the American
Stock Exchange. Mr. Sulam participates in the Student/Sponsor
Partnership in New York City and is a member of the Board of Governors
and the Graduate Advisory Board at Georgetown University.
MARC GREENBERG is a Director at Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown, Inc., and a
Senior Analyst covering the Beverage sector. Prior to embarking on a
sell-side career at Paine Webber in January 2000, Mr. Greenberg spent 14
years as a portfolio manager, most recently at Avatar Associates, where
he was responsible for stock selection in the consumer and healthcare
sectors. Previously he was at Alliance Capital and National Westminster
Bank. Mr. Greenberg has been named to the “Next Generation” list in both
the 2000 and 2001 Institutional Investor polls. In addition, he was
named in the Wall Street Journal’s 2001 “Best on the Street” survey for
earnings estimate accuracy. He holds a BA in Economics from Tufts
University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
MARC GOODMAN is an Executive Director of Morgan Stanley and is the
Specialty Pharmaceuticals Analyst covering small and mid-cap
pharmaceutical and drug delivery companies. Additionally, he covers
specialized medical technology companies with an optical focus. Mr.
Goodman joined MS in 1994. Prior to assuming his current
responsibilities, he worked on the MS team covering both large and mid-
cap pharmaceutical companies. Before joining MS, he was a buyside
analyst with Shearson Lehman Advisors. He received a BA from Tufts
University and an MBA from Ohio State University.
