ALAN M. RIFKIN is a Senior Retail Analyst at Lehman Brothers,
responsible for coverage of the Specialty Retailing/Hard Lines industry.
He was previously associated with Thomas Weisel and Piper Jaffray. Mr.
Rifkin received both his BA in Economics and MBA from Syracuse
University.

AL RAUCH, Vice President at A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc., and Chartered
Financial Analyst, has been covering the healthcare industry for over 10
years. Prior to joining A.G. Edwards, he was Managing Director and Head
of Health Care Equity Research at Ladenburg Thalmann. Previously he was
at Wachovia (formerly First Union) and was part of its acquisition of
EVEREN Securities. Prior to this he was at A.G. Edwards in St. Louis for
one and one-half years. Mr. Rauch comes from the pharmaceutical industry
and was in drug discovery at Pfizer for six years. He was a faculty
member at Wake Forest Medical School for three years and did a two-year
postdoctoral fellowship in the Department of Physiology and Pharmacology
at Wake Forest. He has a PhD in Pathology from Emory University in
Atlanta and an MBA from RPI in New York.

ADAM T. FEINSTEIN, CFA, is a Vice President in Equity Research at Lehman
Brothers, where he covers, as well as coordinates, the firm’s Health
Care Facilities research team. He was recently voted the Best Up & Comer
in the 2000 Institutional Investor All American Research Survey in the
Health Care Facilities category. Prior to his current role, he was an
Equity Research Analyst at Salomon Smith Barney and before that, he was
an Associate Analyst at Standard & Poor’s Corporation. Mr. Feinstein is
a member of the NYSSA and the Association of Investment Management
Research. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland at College Park

ADAM WALDO is a Senior Vice President covering North American Business &
Profes-sional Services companies for Lehman Brothers. Prior to joining
Lehman Brothers, he was the North American Business & Professional Ser-
vices Analyst at Credit Suisse First Boston and Morgan Stanley and had
been a consultant in the consumer marketing and customer retention
practice groups at Bain & Company. Mr. Waldo received his MBA in Finance
and Marketing from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate
School of Management and his BA in Political Science from the University
of Michigan.

ADAM GREENE is a Vice President at Dresdner Kleinwort
Wasserstein. Prior to joining the firm, he was associated with
Credit Lyonnais Securities, First New York Securities and Gruntal
& Co. LLC. Mr. Greene ranked number four for Pharmaceutical
Earnings Estimate Accuracy for the 2001 Wall Street Journal ‘Best
On The Street Analyst Survey.’ He graduated from Lehigh
University, where he earned a BS in Finance.

ADAM FEINSTEIN is a Vice President in Equity Research at Lehman
Brothers, where he covers as well as coordinates the firm’s
healthcare facilities research team. Mr. Feinstein was recently
ranked as a member of the 2001 Institutional Investor All America
Research Team in the healthcare facilities category. In addition,
he placed fourth (out of 35 analysts) in the healthcare
facilities category in the 2001 Greenwich Associates Research
Survey. He was previously employed by Salomon Smith Barney and

A. MARK FINKELSTEIN, Vice President of Cochran, Caronia & Co., is an
Equity Research Analyst covering the life and multi-line insurance
sectors. Prior to joining Cochran, Caronia & Co. in 2003, he was a Vice
President with Swiss Re Capital Partners, the merchant banking arm of
the Swiss Re Group. In that capacity, he helped manage a portfolio of
public and private equity investments and evaluated corporate
development opportunities. Prior to joining Swiss Re Capital Partners in
2000, he spent eight years with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the insurance
