CRAIG NANKERVIS is an Equity Research Analyst covering network security

Analyst focusing on US insurance and non-bank financial companies in
large-capitalization US equity portfolios. He joined CSAM from Lazard
Asset Management, where he was a Global Insurance and Financial Services
analyst. Previously, Mr. Elkind was a Partner in Fisher Capital Corp., a
Director of insurance ratings at Standard & Poor’s and a Financial
Manager at SCOR US Corporation. He holds a BA in Mathematical Economics
from Colgate University and an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business
School. Mr. Elkind serves on the Board of Directors of the Association
of Insurance and Financial Analysts and is a CFA.

CRAIG DICKSON is a Senior Vice President and Senior Equity Research
Analyst at EVEREN Securities, Inc. Previously, he was associated with
Interstate/Johnson Lane, Rauscher Pierce Refsnes. He was also with the
Illinois Cancer Council in medical research. A Chartered Financial
Analyst, Mr. Dickson received his Bachelor’s degree in English and
Master’s degree in public health from the University of Michigan and his
MBA from the University of Chicago.

COLLYN BEMENT GILBERT, Senior Vice President of Ryan Beck & Co. LLC, has
been following the small and mid-cap bank and thrift sector on both the
buy and sell side for over nine years. Before joining Ryan Beck & Co. in
April 2002, she was a Senior Equity Analyst with Ferris, Baker Watts in
Baltimore. Prior to Ferris, she was an analyst with Hovde Financial, a
Washington, DC-based boutique investment banking firm. She is Series 7
licensed, received a BA in Economics from Bucknell University and is a
current member of Bucknell University’s Alumni Board.

COLLYN BEMENT GILBERT, a Senior Vice President at Ryan Beck & Co., has
been following the small and mid-cap bank and thrift sector on both the
buy and sell side for over seven years. Before joining Ryan Beck & Co.
in April 2002, Ms. Gilbert was a Senior Equity Analyst with Ferris,
Baker Watts in Baltimore, where she covered banks and thrifts in the
mid-Atlantic region with market caps ranging from $20 million to $2
billion. During her tenure at Ferris, Ms. Gilbert was named one of
Baltimore’s Top 40 Professionals Under 40. Prior to Ferris, Ms. Gilbert
was an analyst with Hovde Financial, a Washington, DC-based boutique
investment banking firm that specializes in banks and thrifts
nationwide. She received a BA in Economics from Bucknell University. She
is Series 7 licensed and a current member of Bucknell University’s
Alumni Board.

COLIN W. DEVINE is a Managing Director at Salomon Smith Barney Inc.,
where he is responsible for providing equity research coverage on a
diverse group of North American life insurance companies. He was
formerly a Director in Standard & Poor’s Insurance Ratings group where
he covered a variety of life and property casualty insurers and had been
associated with a major Canadian life insurer where he was involved in
investment and risk management, as well as a number of corporate
development initiatives. Mr. Devine was ranked number one in the Life
Insurance Equity Research team and was also named to Institutional
Investor’s 2000 All America Research team in the stock picking category.
A Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Management Accountant, he
holds an MBA in Finance from York University and a BS in Biology from
the University of Guelph.

CLIFFORD H. GALLANT is a Vice President at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods,
Inc., a New York-based investment banking and brokerage firm that
specializes in banking, financial institutions, and insurance. He is
responsible for research coverage of property and casualty insurers.
Prior to joining KBW in September 2000, Mr. Gallant was a Vice President
at Conning & Company where he was also a property and casualty insurance
Analyst. Mr. Gallant also served two years working for the International
Department of the Aomori prefectural government in Japan. Mr. Gallant
received his BA from Amherst College in 1993 and was certified as a
Chartered Financial Analyst in 1999.

CLAUDE CAMIR has had a 20-year career covering the pharmaceutical,
biotech and medical devices industries, including the last four years as
a healthcare analyst. His coverage of the sector includes biotech,
service and manufacturing companies in Canada and the US. He has worked
in senior and managerial positions covering marketing, finance and
business development activities for Abbott Laboratories, Aventis (Rhone-
Poulenc Rorer) and Biochem Pharma. He has been involved extensively in
technology valuation, financing and mergers and acquisitions in North
America and Europe. He has received his B. Comm (Finance/Accounting)
degree from the University of Sherbrooke. He is currently enrolled in
the MBA program at the Universit_ du Qu_bec in Montreal and the CFA
program level 2 (exam scheduled for June 2003).

CHUCK JONES is an Analyst, Vice President at Salomon Smith Barney. He
was previously associated with IBM for 16 years and prior to that he
spent four years in manufacturing of storage systems, storage system
headquarters and held various sales positions. Mr. Jones is a member of
the Computer Security Institute (CSI) and the Security Analysts of San
Francisco. He received a BS in Industrial Engineering from Stanford
University and a Diploma in Economics from the University of Sussex. Mr.
Jones is married and has two children and his hobbies and interests
include tennis, volleyball and collecting Olympic lapel pins.

CHRISTOPHER THEAL is an exploration and production analyst for Tristone
Capital Inc., a Calgary-based energy investment boutique. Prior to
joining Tristone in September 2002, he spent four years as a research
analyst at CIBC World Markets. Mr. Theal earned an undergraduate degree
with distinction in Economics and Political Science at Royal Roads
Military College in Victoria, British Columbia. Thereafter, he served as
a commissioned officer in the Canadian Navy and is a former UN
peacekeeper. In 1995, he left the military to complete an MBA,
specializing in Finance, at the University of British Columbia, in
Vancouver. Mr. Theal holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation and
is a member of the Calgary Society of Financial Analysts.
