DANIEL G. PINE is a Senior Vice President at Alliance Capital

DANIEL F. FORD is a Managing Director and Head of US Utilities Research
at ABN AMRO, Inc. Prior to joining the firm, he served as Managing
Director, covering the US electric utility industry at HSBC Securities.
He has also covered electric utility stocks at Dean Witter, Merrill
Lynch, and Morgan Stanley. A Chartered Financial Analyst, Mr. Ford

the company, he was a Senior Vice President/Senior Research Analyst at
Hibernia Southcoast Capital where he covered the gaming, leisure, and
entertainment industries. At Rodman & Renshaw, Inc., in New York, Mr.
Davila was a Senior Director/Research Analyst where he covered the
gaming, leisure and entertainment industries. Mr. Davila received a BBA
from the University of St. Thomas and an MBA in Finance from Columbia
University Graduate School of Business. He was recognized in The Wall
Street Journal ‘Best on the Street’ Analyst survey in 1998, 2001, 2002
and 2003.
Dan K. Scovel is a semiconductor analyst with Tokeneke Research LLC in
Connecticut. He began his professional career in technical sales and marketing
roles in 1984 with Advanced Micro Devices, experienced two small startup
companies, and then spent the last six years of his industry tenure with Cirrus
Logic where he supported the firm’s Japanese market development. He began his
career as a senior semiconductor analyst with Fahnestock & Company in 1996, was
recruited by Needham & Company in April 2000, and founded Tokeneke Research in
2005. He obtained his undergraduate BS degree in Electrical Engineering from the
University of Washington in Seattle and his MBA, with an emphasis in Finance,
from Santa Clara University located in the San Francisco Bay Area.
DALE WINNER is a Portfolio Manager/Analyst at Templeton. Previously, he
was associated with J.P. Morgan and Mitsui Trust. He graduated from
Reading University in the U.K. A Chartered Financial Analyst, Mr.
Winner is President of the Bahamas Society of Analysts.
D. LARRY SMITH is a Pharmaceuticals Analyst at Sutro & Company, focusing
on pharmaceuticals, physicians management, radiology services and
hospital outsourcing stocks. He was previously associated with Hambrecht
& Quist Smith . Mr. Smith received a BS in Mechanical Engineering at
Purdue University, MS in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University
and an MBA from Columbia University.
SERGIO C. TRAVERSA is a Pharmaceutical Analyst with ING Barings L.L.C.,
focusing on US and European pharmaceutical stocks. He was previously
associated with Mehta and Isaly and Mehta Partners. Prior to that he was
associated with Farmitalia Carlo Erba, Johnson & Johnson and Eli Lilly.
Mr. Traversa received a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Turin
and an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
CYNTHIA M. MOTZ is a Director at Credit Suisse First Boston. She was
previously associated with Sandler Capital Management and prior to that
with Sanford C. Bernstein. Ms. Motz was ranked number three in the
Institutional Investor poll from 1999 to 2000, and is a member of MENSA.
She received a BA in Economics and English from the University of
Pennsylvania and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Columbia
University.
CURT N. LAUNER is a Managing Director in the Equity Research Department
at Credit Suisse First Boston which merged with Donaldson, Lufkin &
Jenrette until the merger with in October 2000. Mr. Launer covers the
Natural Gas & Power sector and is especially recognized for his research
and analyses of Enron Corp. and El Paso Energy. He began his career as
an accountant working for Arthur Young & Company and Mobil Oil
Corporation. Mr. Launer was previously associated with L.F. Rotschild,
Unterberg & Towbin and Gruss Petroleum Management. He received a BS in
Accounting from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
CRAIG T. WEICHMANN is a Managing Director at Morgan Keegan where he
covers the restaurant and retailing groups. Previously, he was Director
of Investor Relations for Holiday Inns and was associated with Eppler,
Guerin & Turner. A Chartered Financial Analyst, he received his
Bachelor’s degree in economics from Southern Methodist University and
his MBA in finance from the University of Virginia, Darden. Mr.
Weichmann is married and has four children. He is a Rotary member, a
Sunday school teacher and includes golf among his personal interests.
CRAIG PARKER is Vice President and Biotechnology Analyst at Donaldson,
Lufkin & Jenrette. Previously, he was associated with J.P. Morgan & Co.
He earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Chicago and his
M.B.A. from the University of Michigan. Mr. Parker is married and
