DAVID H. TOUNG, a Vice President of McDonald Investments, joined the
firm in October 2000 as a Senior Equity Research Analyst covering the
telecommunications equipment industry. Before joining McDonald, he was
associated with Argus Research, the Standard & Poor’s Rating Group and
the Global Capital Markets group of The Chase Manhattan Bank. He is
recognized as an expert in the telecommunications equipment industry.
In July 2000, he gave a presentation on the state of the telecom
equipment industry at Charles Schwab’s technology conference in Chicago.
In addition, he has made numerous appearances on CNNfn, CNBC, CBS
Evening News, and Bloomberg TV as well as given interviews on radio and
in print publications. He has a JD from Rutgers School of Law, where he
was a member of the Law Review, and a BA in Government from Cornell
University.

DAVID GARRITY is Head of Global Automotive Research in the US Equities
Research Department of Dresdner Kleinwort Benson North America. He has
more than 12 years experience in the automotive sector. Prior to joining
the firm, Mr. Garrity was most recently a Principal Member of GVA
Research, LLC. Earlier, he served as an Executive Director and Senior
Auto Analyst at CIBC Oppenheimer, where he headed their North American
sector research effort. He has also served as a Vice President and
Senior Auto Analyst at Salomon Smith Barney. A Chartered Financial
Analyst, Mr. Garrity received an MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of
Northwestern University and a BA in Classics and Philosophy from the
College of Holy Cross.

DAVID DEAN, Healthcare and Biotechnology Analyst with Sprott Securities
Inc., has been in the investment business since 2000 and with Sprott
since 2002. He was previously with Yorkton Securities, Desjardins
Securities, and the Ottawa Heart Institute and the National Research
Council. He has an MSc (Physiology) from the University of Ottawa, 1995
and an MBA (Finance) from Queen’s University, 2000.

DAVID COPP is an Analyst on the RBC Capital Markets Real Estate
Equity Research team. He focuses primarily on the office and
industrial sectors. Prior to joining RBC, he was a Senior
Associate at Robertson Stephens, where he also covered the office
and industrial sectors. Prior to that, he was an Associate with
Sutro & Company, and followed several real estate sectors. He has
a BS in Finance from the University of San Francisco.

DAVID C. STUMPF, CFA is a Vice President & Group Leader at A.G. Edwards
& Sons, Inc. He is a member of the Association for Investment Management
and Research (AIMR), Bank and Financial Analysts Association. Mr. Stumpf
was previously associated with Wheat First Butcher Singer and Federal
Reserve Bank of Richmond. He received a BBA from the University of Notre
Dame. Mr. Stumpf is married and has four children. In his leisure he
enjoys travel, spending time with his children and Fighting Irish
football.

DAVID C. NELSON is a Managing Director in the equities division of
Credit Suisse First Boston with responsibility for food and agribusiness
companies. He is an Institutional Investor All-American for food stock
coverage. Immediately prior to joining the firm, Mr. Nelson was Deputy
Director, Research and Senior Food and Agribusiness Analyst at NatWest
Securities. He is the top-rated Analyst for agribusiness coverage in a
survey of institutional investors by Greenwich Associates. Mr. Nelson
holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Illinois University and
an MBA from George Washington University.

DAVID BRADLEY follows the auto, autoparts, tires industries, as well as
the rent-a-car sector in the J.P. Morgan Securities Equity Research
group. Mr. Bradley brings 14 years of industry experience having headed
up the firm’s auto industry financial advisory efforts prior to joining
Equity Research. Prior to becoming an auto analyst, he covers J.P.
Morgan’s emerging market activities. A Chartered Financial Analyst, Mr.
Bradley earned his M.B.A. from the Wharton School.

DAVID A. SHORE is a Software/IT Services Research Analyst at Desjardins
Securities, which he joined in April 2002. Prior to joining First
Marathon’s equity research team in 1997, he spent three years at
Celestica. He then joined CIBC World Markets in 2000 where he was ranked
number one (team) in the 2000 Greenwich survey (software) and number two
(team) in the 2000 Reuters survey (software). He was also individually
ranked number nine as a Top Gun Analyst (technology ‘ software,
hardware, wireless) in the 2000 Brendan Wood survey. He was also
recently ranked the number three Stock Picker (software) in the 2003
Starmine/FP survey. He holds a BA (specialized honors) and an MBA from
York University. He was awarded his CFA designation in 1997.

DAVID A. GRUBER is a Senior Vice President with Lehman Brothers, where
he heads the Medical Technology Group. He was previously associated with
Piper Jaffray, Vector Securities, and Sanford C. Bernstein & Company.
Prior to entering the securities industry, Dr. Gruber spent nine years
at Bristol-Meyers Squibb. He is a graduate of a six-year combined BS/MD
program at the City College of New York at Mt. Sinai School of Medicine.
He also earned his MBA from the Columbia Graduate School of Business.
Dr. Gruber completed a three-year Kellogg Foundation National Fellowship
in 1993.

DAVID A. GEORGE, CFA, is an Equity Analyst at A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc.
He is a member of the Association of Investment Management and Research,
AIM Bank and Financial Analysts Association, and the St. Louis Society
of Financial Analysts. Prior to joining Edwards, Mr. George was a
Commercial Lender for eight years, holding positions with Fifth Third
Bancorp and Huntington Bancshares. He received his BA from the College
of Wooster.
