DAVID M. STEINBERG, Managing Director, joined Deutsche Bank in August
1999 and is currently a Senior Analyst covering the specialty
pharmaceuticals sector. Having started his equity research career in
1990, he was one of the first analysts on Wall Street to cover the
specialty pharmaceuticals/ drug delivery sector. More recently, during
both 2000 and 2001, Mr. Steinberg was ranked number two by The Wall
Street Journal’s ‘Best on the Street’ survey for stock picking in the
pharmaceutical sector. In addition, his research has been frequently
referenced in such national publications as Barron’s, The New York
Times, and Fortune. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank Securities
(previously Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown), he was a Managing Director at
Volpe, Brown, Whelan where he helped build up the firm’s healthcare
research effort. He received a BA from Colby College and an MBA from
Harvard Business School. He also attended the London School of
Economics.

DAVID M. SHERMAN is a Managing Director at Salomon Smith Barney.
Previously, he was associated with Harlan Company, First Boston and
PaineWebber. In addition, he is an adjunct lecturer at New York
University and a guest lecturer at Columbia University. Mr. Sherman
received his Bachelor’s degree from Brown University and his MBA from
Columbia University.

DAVID M. SCHANZER is Vice President-Research of Janney Montgomery Scott
LLC. Previously, he was associated with PECO Energy as Director of
Investor Relations. He earned both his Bachelor’s degree and his MBA
from Temple University. Mr. Schanzer is married, has two children and
includes travel, hiking and fishing among his personal interests. He is
also the Treasurer of the Philadelphia Young Playwrights Festival.

David M. Heikkinen is Hibernia Southcoast Capital’s senior exploration
and production analyst. He follows and writes analysis on more than 20
companies. Prior to joining HSC in March 2000, Mr. Heikkinen worked with
Shell International Exploration and Production and Shell Offshore both
of New Orleans, in various roles, including project management and
subsea and reservoir engineering. He received a Bachelor’s degree in
Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla and an MBA
from Tulane University.

DAVID LEIKER leads research efforts in covering the automotive sector at
Robert W. Baird & Co. Mr. Leiker rejoined Baird in 1997 after nine years
at Cleary Gull Reiland & McDevitt, Inc., and two earlier years at Baird.
He was named runner-up in the Reuters Institutional Investor survey in
the autos and auto parts industry among boutique investment firms; in
2002, he was selected for The Wall Street Journal’s Best on the Street
Analyst Survey for autos and auto Parts; and he was named among the
top-10 analysts in The Reuters Survey for US larger companies in the
automobiles and components industry. He received a BSBA degree in
Finance from Creighton University and an MBA in Finance from the
University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he participated in the Applied
Security Analysis Program. Mr. Leiker is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

DAVID L. JARRETT joined the U.S. Equity Research Depart-ment of
Credit Lyonnais Securities in June 2000 as a Vice President,
Senior Analyst covering the consumer sector, inclusive of
building and building products. Prior to joining Credit Lyonnais,
Mr. Jarrett covered the business service companies at Josephthal
& Co. From 1993 to 1996, while at Gerard Klauer Mattison & Co.,
Mr. Jarrett was the Special Situations Analyst where he
successfully completed two investment banking deals ‘ an IPO and
a secondary offering. In the 1980s he successively worked at
A.G. Becker, Paribas, Tucker Anthony & R.L. Day, and Dean Witter
as a Special Situations Analyst. He began his sell-side career
in the early 1970s at Goldman Sachs where he did research on
investment banking clients for 11 years. Mr. Jarrett holds a
Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of
Colorado.

DAVID L. AUBUCHON joined A.G. Edwards’ Securities Research Department in
August 1993. He is a member of the National Association of Real Estate
Investment Trusts with primary research coverage of real estate
investment trusts focused on investing in office properties. Mr.
AuBuchon received an MBA from St. Louis University.

DAVID J. KONRAD is a Vice President at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc.,
responsible for research coverage of banks and thrifts in the Midwestern
United States. Prior to joining KBW in July 2002, Mr. Konrad spent 10
years in Harris Bank’s Corporate and Investment Banking Division,
serving as a Vice President and Senior Relationship Banker covering
Midwest financial institutions. In addition, Mr. Konrad also served as
a Relationship Banker in the Asset Based Lending Division of LaSalle
National Bank of Chicago. Mr. Konrad graduated from Northern Illinois
University and earned his MBA from Loyola University of Chicago.

DAVID J. HONOLD JR., CFA, is Vice President of Southeastern Bank
Research at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods. Prior to joining Keefe, Bruyette &
Woods in 2002, Mr. Honold was an Associate Equity Analyst with UBS
Warburg LLC. From 1998 to 2000, he served as a Financial Analyst for the
Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Mr. Honold received his BA in English
from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts in 1998.

DAVID HARRIS joined Lehman Brothers in 1998 and currently he is the
Senior Analyst covering the REIT sector. He has over 25 years’
experience of property and capital markets. Prior to joining Lehman
Brothers, he worked in a number of positions globally and domestically,
in the direct property market, with a property company and in both
buyside and sellside equity investment. He has worked in the US REIT
market since 1995. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1981.
