ERIC KATZMAN, Managing Director, joined Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. in
September 2000, and is currently a Senior Analyst covering the food
sector. Mr. Katzman has been recognized as a Wall Street Journal Best of
the Street three times. He has been ranked in the top three by the
Greenwich survey on several occasions. He has also been recognized as
part of Institutional Investor magazine’s All-America Research Team.
Prior to joining the firm, he was with Merrill Lynch as the US
coordinator of food research, covering the industry since 1996. Prior to
the food sector, he was the Senior Analyst covering toys and leisure.
Earlier in his career at Merrill Lynch, he assisted with research
coverage on the cosmetics and household product industries. In addition,
he worked in economic research for Shearson Lehman Brothers and for
Israel’s Ministry of Trade and Industry. He received his MBA in Finance
from New York University and his BA in Economics and Government from
Oberlin College. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Eric Kainer joined ThinkEquity in 2006, and is a Principal in Research focusing
on networking and communications. He came to ThinkEquity from Needham & Company,
where he covered communications companies. Prior to Needham, he advised
entrepreneurial companies on strategy and finance. Before that he served as a
senior manager at AT&T (later Lucent) in a number of international sales,
business development, and marketing roles. The initial stages of his career were
spent in software R&D and computer sales with the former Data General (now part
of EMC), and as a market analyst at IDC. He earned his MBA degree from Wharton,
and his BSE degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of
Connecticut.

ERIC I. HEMEL is a First Vice President at Merrill Lynch Global
Securities. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at Morgan Stanley as an
Equity Analyst and at First Boston as a Vice President and Equity
Analyst. Dr. Hemel also held several positions in the Reagan
Administration, among them Chief Economist and Director of Policy and
Research at the Federal Home Loan Bank Board, Staff Director of the
President’s Council of Economic Advisers, and Senior Policy Adviser to
the Domestic Policy Staff of the White House. He holds a BA, MBA and PhD
from Stanford University.

ERIC GOMBERG is a Vice President and Senior Research Analyst covering
components, interconnect and semiconductor assembly as part of the
Electronics Supply Chain research team at Thomas Weisel Partners. Over
the last several years, Mr. Gomberg has had numerous articles on the
Electronic Supply Chain published in a variety of periodicals. He
received his MBA from the University of Chicago and his BS in Economics
with Honors from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

ERIC CHEN, Senior Analyst, joined JPMorgan H&Q in 1998 and covers
emerging semiconductor technologies. His prior experience includes
Conseil Europeen pour la Recherche Nucleaire (‘CERN’) in Geneva,
Switzerland, a renowned international scientific research institute and
the birthplace of the World Wide Web, where he developed hardware and
software for data acquisition and analysis. Dr. Chen worked at Motorola
in the Advanced Product Research Development Laboratory and MOS-13
facility in Austin, Texas, and has also consulted for a Silicon Valley
venture capital firm on several technology investments. He received the
‘Inventor Recognition Award’ from the Semiconductor Research Corporation
in October 2000, and he holds one pending US patent covering proprietary
algorithms for advanced process control and lithography. Dr. Chen has
been an invited speaker at the American Physical Society and has
published numerous papers on semiconductor technologies including
several in Physics Review Letters, a premier scientific journal. In
1987, he represented China in the International Physics Olympiad held in
Germany and earned the Silver Medal. Dr. Chen studied at Peking
University and received his PhD from Stanford University. The number one
ranked Research Analyst by the JPMorgan H&Q global sales force, he has
initiated category-defining research on several emerging technology
industries including communications semiconductors, semiconductor
intellectual property, optical-enabling technologies, and semiconductor-
enabling technologies.

ERIC BOSSHARD is a Senior Analyst and the Director of Research at
Midwest Research Maxus Group, Ltd. in Cleveland. Previously, he was
associated with Roulston Research covering consumer and retail stocks.
Mr. Bosshard includes golf and basketball among his personal interests.

ELLEN HANNAN is a Managing Director covering the oil and gas
exploration and production industry for Bear, Stearns & Co. She
was selected for the 2001 Wall Street Journal All-Star Analyst
Survey for stock picking. Prior to joining Bear Stearns, she
spent four years with Prudential Securities, where she covered
large cap exploration and production stocks. She also spent four
years on the buy side with Bessemer Trust, covering all of energy
as well as other basic industries. She began her career with
Texaco, spending eight years in financial analysis, followed by
three years as a Senior Analyst with John S. Herold, Inc. She
received an MBA from Pace University and a BA from Skidmore
College.

ELIZABETH O. PIERCE, CFA-SVP, is a highly regarded senior
research analyst specializing in retail with an emphasis on
specialty apparel. Ms. Pierce joined Sanders Morris Harris in
February 2003 as lead retail analyst. She previously worked for
Wedbush Morgan Securities as the Managing Director for the
consumer products team. Prior to Wedbush Morgan, Ms. Pierce
worked at The Seidler Companies, Stephens Inc. and Salomon
Brothers/Smith Barney. In addition, Ms. Pierce was a buyside
analyst at First Chicago. Ms. Pierce holds an MBA from
Northwestern University as well as a BA from Tulane University.
She is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.

ELIZABETH C. MALONE is a Managing Director in the research department of
Advest Inc. Ms. Malone is head of the securities research insurance
effort at Advest. Her responsibilities include analyzing the insurance
industry and advising institutional and retail clients on investing in
the insurance industry. In addition to Advest, Ms. Malone have been a
senior research analyst covering the insurance industry at a number of
prestigious Wall Street firms including: Alex. Brown & Sons, now known
as Deutsche Bank, Legg Mason Wood Walker, and Friedman Billings Ramsey.
In addition, Ms. Malone worked as a financial manager for the National
Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC). Her responsibilities
included working with state insurance departments to identify and manage
financially troubled insurance companies. During the mid-1990s, Ms.
Malone was a Vice President for a $1 billion market capitalization
insurance company. Her responsibilities involved merger and
acquisitions as well as working with investors and rating agencies. Ms.
Malone has twice been ranked as an All-Star analyst by The Wall Street
Journal. In 2002, Zacks Investor Service ranked Ms. Malone as the number
one life and health insurance analyst as measured by stock performance.
Ms. Malone has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting
from the University of Virginia and a Master’s of Business
Administration in Finance from Loyola College, where she graduated cum
laude. In addition, Ms. Malone has been a Chartered Financial Analyst
for 15 years.

ELISE T. WANG is currently a Managing Director in Equity Research at
Salomon Smith Barney covering the biotechnology industry. Previously,
she was a Managing Director and Senior Research Analyst in the Health
Care Equity Research Group at PaineWebber Incorporated, covering the
biotechnology industry. In 2000, Ms. Wang was voted runner-up in the
Institutional Investor poll in Biotechnology. In addition, Ms. Wang also
achieved recognition in the Wall Street Journal All Star Analyst survey
in Biotechnology for the past three years. Prior to joining Equity
Research at PaineWebber in January of 1996, she was a Vice President in
the Health Sciences Group of the Investment Banking Division of
PaineWebber with responsibility for providing financial advisory work
and services in biotechnology and other healthcare sectors. Ms. Wang
holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Engineering Sciences with a specialty
in Biomechanics from Harvard University and a Master of Business
Administration degree from Harvard Graduate School of Business.
