ELIOT S. LAURENCE is a Senior Vice President of Jefferies & Co., Inc. He
has 15 years of previous experience in the securities industry,
primarily focused on apparel retailing, at J.C. Bradford & Co., Brooks,
Montague & Associates and Wessels, Arnold & Henderson. Mr. Laurence
received both a BA in Economics and an MBA in Finance from New York

Eileen Rooney is a senior equity research analyst at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods,
Inc., a boutique investment bank specializing in financial services companies.
Her coverage universe includes small and mid-cap banks and thrifts headquartered
in the Midwest. Prior to joining KBW in 2003, she was an equity research
analyst at Fox, Pitt-Kelton, working on the large cap bank team. She graduated
