HEATHER A. KANG is a Managing Director, Portfolio Manager at PPM
America, Inc. in Chicago. Previously, she was a Vice President-Equity
Portfolios at GE Investments. Ms. Kang received her Bachelor’s degree
from Loyola College and her M.B.A. from George Washington University. A
Chartered Financial Analyst, she is a member of the NYSSA and the AIMR.
Ms. Kang includes tennis, technology, English literature, poetry and
real estate among her personal interests.

HARRY CURTIS is a Managing Director at Robertson Stephens. Prior to
joining the firm, he was associated with Smith Barney. Mr. Curtis
studied at Williams College and holds a Bachelor’s degree from
Connecticut College. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

HARRY C. CURTIS is a Principal and Senior Equity Analyst at BancBoston
Robertson Stephens. Previously, he was associated with Smith Barney,
Hanifen Imhoff and Drexel Burnham Lambert. Mr. Curtis received his
Bachelor’s degree in English from Connecticut College.

HARRY A. IKENSON is a Senior Analyst at JP Morgan, focusing on branded
retail stocks. He was previously a Specialty Retail and Department Store
Analyst with Rodman & Renshaw. Mr. Ikenson is married and received a BS
from the University of Bridgeport and an MBA from Baruch College.

HARRIET BALDWIN, Director of Research, covers the entire industrial
sector at Palladian Research, an independent research provider using a
theme-based, sector-wide approach to research. She has followed
Industrials since 1995 at Lehman Brothers and Deutsche Bank. Ms.
Baldwin was named in The Wall Street Journal’s Best on the Street for
both stock picking and earnings forecast accuracy for diversified
industrials. She was also a member of an Institutional Investor Global
All-Star team for industrials. She started on Wall Street as an
assistant in regional banks and then moved to strategy. Ms. Baldwin is a
summa cum laude graduate of Mount Holyoke College in Mathematics with
high honors in English, and was a doctoral candidate in Mathematics at
Columbia University. Although she grew up in Seattle, she does not drink
coffee.

GUNNAR T. MILLER is a Vice President and Analyst at Goldman, Sachs & Co.
He is also a member of the Technology Research Team within the firm’s
Investment Research Department. Previously, he was associated with
PaineWebber and Kidder, Peabody & Co., Inc. Mr. Miller received his
Bachelor’s degree in Economics from
Lehigh University.

GREGORY W. CAPELLI is a Vice President and Equity Analyst at Credit
Suisse First Boston where he covers education and consumer service
related companies. Previously, he was associated with ABN AMRO as a Vice
President. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in economics from Indiana
University and his M.B.A. in finance from Dominican University. He is a
member of the Chicago Society of Analysts. Mr. Cappelli is married, has
one child and among his personal interests includes piano, basketball,
reading and teaching.

GREGORY M. MACOSKO is a Senior Equity Analyst at Lord, Abbett &
Co., where he also has portfolio management responsibilities for
selected accounts in the small cap area. Previously, he was an
Equity Analyst for Royce Associates and a Principal at Easton
Consultants. Mr. Macosko earned an MBA from Columbia University
in Finance and Marketing, was a Fulbright Scholar at the
University of Cologne, and graduated Phi Beta Kappa in Math and
Economics from Albion College, Michigan.

GREGORY CAPPELLI is a Managing Director/Senior Analyst for Credit Suisse
First Boston, covering US global services/education & e-learning. He was
previously associated with ABN AMRO. Mr. Cappelli is ranked first place
in the 2000 Greenwich Associates survey of CEOs and CFOs. He was
recently selected to testify before the Senate Committee for the Web-
based Education Commission Hearing in Washington, DC and is frequently
quoted in the press. Mr. Cappelli received a BA in Economics from
Indiana University and an MBA in Finance from Dominican University.

GREGORY ‘Woody’ CALLERI is a Senior Technology Analyst covering
semiconductors at Midwest Research. Prior to joining Midwest
Research in August 2000, Mr. Calleri spent three years working at
National City Bank, where he was a Senior Technology Analyst
responsible for all technology investment coverage. Mr. Calleri
received his MBA in Finance from the University of Maryland and
his BA in Economics from SUNY at Buffalo.
