JAMES R. BRADSHAW is a Vice President, Senior Research Analyst at
D.A. Davidson & Co. He joined DADCO after seven years with
Pacific Crest Securities, where he headed the financial services
practice for the firm. Over that period, he provided research
coverage on bank and thrift stocks located throughout the West.
Prior to that, Mr. Bradshaw was a Commercial Bank Examiner with
the State of California Banking Department. He holds both a BS
and an MBA from the University of Oregon.

JAMES P. PARMELEE is a Managing Director at Credit Suisse First Boston
in the technology group, where he is a Telecommunications Equipment
Analyst, based in New York. He was formally associated with Deutsche
Morgan Grenfell, where he was the Senior Telecom Equipment Analyst.
Prior to that, he served as a Senior Consultant with Andersen
Consulting, a division of Arthur Andersen & Co. at that time (now
Accenture), specializing in communications consulting. Mr Parmelee has
been selected in the telecom equipment category of Institutional
Investor magazine’s ‘All-American Research Teams’ of outstanding
brokerage analysts for each year since 1997. Greenwich Associates, The
Wall Street Journal and Reuters have also consistently ranked him among
the leading analysts covering telecom equipment. Mr. Parmelee received
his BA from Trinity College and his MBA from Columbia University.

JAMES MARSH is a Managing Director and Senior Research Analyst at S.G.
Cowen. His research focus is radio and television broadcasting, outdoor
advertising, and publishing. Previously, Mr. Marsh covered the
broadcasting and outdoor advertising sectors at Robertson Stephens and
Prudential Securities. He also covered satellite radio companies at
Robertson Stephens and publishing stocks at Prudential Securities and
UBS Securities. Prior to that, he worked at Kidder, Peabody & Co. in its
asset management division. In 2001, Mr. Marsh ranked third in earnings
forecasting for publishing stocks in The Wall Street Journal’s “Best on
the Street” analyst survey, and he ranked second in picking publishing
stocks in 2000. During 2000, he was also the third-ranked Media and
Entertainment analyst by corporations in Reuters U.S. Mid to Smaller
Company Survey. Mr. Marsh holds an MBA in Finance and International
Business from New York University and a BSBA in Accounting from John
Carroll University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst, as well as a
Certified Public Accountant.

JAMES M. MARSH, JR. is Managing Director/Senior Broadcasting Analyst for
Prudential Securities. He was previously associated with UBS Securities,
Kidder, Peabody & Co., KPMG, and Barnes, Wending, Cook. He was ranked
second stock picker in publishing in The Wall Street Journal’s Best on
The Street Analyst Survey and third ranked media and entertainment
analyst by corporations in Reuter’s US Mid to Smaller Company Survey.
Mr. Marsh received a BS/BA in Accounting from John Carroll University
and an MBA in Finance and International Business from New York
University’s Stern School of Business.

JAMES LANE is a Director, US Equity Research Division at Salomon Smith
Barney. He was previously associated with Warburg Dillon Read and The
Prudential Insurance Company of America. Mr. Lane is a Runner-Up in the
Institutional Investor 2000 All American Poll, cited among the top
Analysts in the Accessibility and Responsiveness category. He received a
BA from Princeton.

JAMES KEDERSHA, CFA, is a Managing Director of Equity Research at Adams
Harkness & Hill for the firm’s new Telecommunications Group. He was
previously associated with SG Cowen in Boston where he led the firm’s
Telecommunications Equipment Practice for the past nine years. Mr.
Kedersha is the Editor and Publisher of Speed of Light, a monthly
optical networking journal. He received a BA from Lafayette College and
an MBA from the University of Rochester. Mr. Kedersha is married and
enjoys spending time with family and traveling.

JAMES K. WICKLUND is a Managing Director of Dain Rauscher Wessels in
Dallas and is currently the head of Energy Research Group and the Senior
Oilfield Services Analyst. He follows a broad group of companies
including the seismic industry, onshore driller, offshore construction,
transportation, oilfield serv-ices, workover and oilfield equipment. Mr.
Wicklund began his career as a field geologist for Western Geo-physical.
He was also associated with Sun Oil Co. and McCord-Lewis Energy Serv-
ices. He seconded to the World Bank where he helped develop petroleum
legislation for West African governments and was operations manager for
North Africa. He then joined the financial services industry at
Jefferies & Co. Mr. Wicklund earned his Bachelor’s degree from Southern
Methodist University in Dallas.

JAMES JUNGJOHANN joined CIBC World Markets Corp. in September 1997 as a
Director and Senior Telecommunications Equipment Analyst. His core
coverage includes cable television equipment, Voice-over-IP components,
and a franchise in optical networking. He was formally associated with
A.G. Edwards & Sons, where he provided research coverage of both telecom
service and equipment providers. His previous work experience included
four years developing applications and accounting systems software. Mr.
Jungjohann is widely quoted in the national media (The Wall Street
Journal, Money, Business Week, etc.) and is a contributing author to
Lightwave Magazine. He has an undergraduate degree in Management
Information Systems (MIS) from the University of Missouri and an MBA
from St. Louis University.

JAMES F. WILSON, CFA, is a Managing Director at JMP Securities.
He was previously associated with Jefferies & Company and
Montgomery Securities. From 1986 to 1989, Mr. Wilson followed
stocks in the financial services, business services and real
estate industries as a Research Analyst at Sutro & Company. He
received a BA in Economics from Whitman College.

JAMES F. MITCHELL is Managing Director, Securities Brokerage & Banking
at Putnam Lovell Securities Inc. Prior to joining the firm, he was with
UBS Warburg. Mr. Mitchell was ranked number two in the boutique category
