JEFF DAVIS is an Analyst at FTN Midwest Securities Corp. Previously, he
was the regional bank and thrift analyst at Nashville, Tennessee-based
J.C. Bradford & Co. during 1999-2000, where he covered approximately 25
financial institutions. J.C. Bradford, prior to its acquisition by Paine
Webber, was the largest southeastern-based brokerage/investment banking
firm, with approximately 950 brokers operating from 81 offices. Prior to
joining JCB, Mr. Davis spent ten years at Mercer Capital Management, a
valuation and transaction advisory firm which provides advisory services
to financial institutions and corporations throughout the US. During
1995-1999, he headed Mercer Capital Advisors, which focuses on providing
M&A and transaction advisory services for financial institutions,
private middle market businesses and small public companies for purposes
of acquisitions, LBOs/recaps, and capital raises. He received a BA from
Rhodes College and an MBA from Vanderbilt University.
JEFF CIANCI is an executive director in the basic materials group of UBS
Equity Research. An analyst since 1986, Mr. Cianci covers specialty
chemical and industrial technology companies. In 2003, Mr. Cianci was
named to the third team in the chemicals/specialty category on
Institutional Investor’s All-American Research Team. He had previously
been named to the Team 10 times, including citations for stock picking
ability. Prior to joining UBS, Mr. Cianci was a senior managing director
and chemical analyst at Bear Stearns, as well as a chemical analyst at
Eberstadt Fleming. Before that, Mr. Cianci was a chemical industry
consultant in mergers and acquisitions at Kline. Mr. Cianci holds an MBA
in Finance from Columbia University, a BS and MS in Chemistry from the
University of Miami, and a BA from New College of Florida.
JAY P. LEUPP, CPA, is a managing director at RBC Capital Markets,
oversees a five-person equity research team that provides comprehensive
coverage of the multifamily, retail, office, industrial, and specialty
REIT sectors in the United States. His coverage universe includes 60
publicly traded real estate companies. He is one of the few Wall Street
analysts with real estate industry experience. Prior to joining RBC in
2002, he was managing director of real estate equity research at
Robertson Stephens, where he founded the real estate franchise in 1994.
From 1991 to 1994, he was vice president with the Staubach Company,
specializing in the leasing, acquisition and financing of commercial
real estate. He also served as a development manager with Trammell Crow
Residential (1989-1991), the nation’s largest developer of multifamily
housing. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Santa Clara
University, an MBA from Harvard University, and is a Certified Public
Accountant. He has guest lectured on REITs at Stanford University and
the University of California at Berkeley, and has appeared and/or
offered commentary on CNBC, CNN Financial, Dow Jones, Bloomberg News,
the Wall Street Journal, New York Times and Barron’s. He is a member of
the Board of Directors of Sentinel Vision Corporation and Chaminade
College Prepatory (Los Angeles). He is also a member of the Santa Clara
University Board of Regents and is a Policy Board Member of the Fisher
Center for Real Estate at the University of California, Berkeley.

JASON SEIDL is a Vice President at Avondale Partners, LLC’s Equity
Research Department covering the freight transportation industry. While
he joined Avondale Partners in January of 2003, he can trace his career
in transportation equity research back to April of 1998, when he started
with Furman Selz. He continued following the railroad, trucking and
airfreight industries under the company’s reincarnation as ING Barings
and then ABN AMRO. Mr. Seidl has a solid transportation background as
he worked for the New Jersey Bureau of State Use Industries in fleet
management for two and a half years while spending another year with
Roadway Package Systems (now FedEx Ground). Mr. Seidl graduated from
Rutgers University with an MBA in Finance and received his Bachelor of
Science degree from Syracuse University with a dual concentration in
Transportation Distribution Management and Marketing. He was recently
ranked third for EPS accuracy in the Road & Rail industry by
Forbes.com/StarMine’s annual ranking for Wall Street analysts.
JASON R. KRAFT joined A.G. Edwards in 1998. Mr. Kraft received a BBA in
Finance and Management Information Systems from the University of
Oklahoma. His current research coverage includes enterprise software
companies.
JASON R. BUSELL is a Vice President at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc.,
responsible for research coverage of the US property casualty insurance
industry. His focus is on small and mid-cap companies involved in
personal lines, commercial lines, reinsurance, and insurance brokerage.
Mr. Busell has been quoted in numerous industry publications. Prior to
joining KBW, Mr. Busell was an analyst in the financial institutions
practice of Stern Stewart & Company in New York, specializing in EVA
analysis for insurers and depositary institutions. Mr. Busell received

JANICE L. MEYER is a Managing Director at Credit Suisse First Boston
Equity Research Group, where she focuses on the restaurant sector. She
joined the firm from Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, which CSFB acquired
in November 2000, where she was a Vice President in DLJ’s Equity
Research group. Prior to joining DLJ, she was at Prudential Securities
from 1991 to 1996. Ms. Meyer has been named to the Institutional
Investor All-America Research Team for restaurants 10 times. She has
been ranked number one for four of the last eight years. Ms. Meyer, a
Chartered Financial Analyst, is also a member of the New York Society of
Security Analysts. She has a BS in Accounting from the State University
of New York at Albany and an MBA in Finance from Northeastern

JAMES VAIL is a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager at
ING Pilgrim Funds, the successor firm to Lexington Management
Corporation. He was formerly associated with Robert Fleming, Inc.
and with Oppenheimer and Co. A Chartered Financial Analyst, he
earned his MBA from Seton Hall University and his BS degree from
St. Peter’s College.
JAMES R. ENGLISH is a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan Capital
Corporation, the private equity arm of J.P. Morgan. Previously, Mr.
English was the senior sell side non-life insurance industry analyst as
J.P. Morgan Securities and was also associated with General Motors and
Pepsico. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Amherst College and his
MBA from the Wharton School. He was a member of the Morgan/Marsh &
McLean team which developed the Bermuda-based companies of ACE Limited
and Exel Limited. Mr. English is married.
