KAREN GILSENAN is a Director with Merrill Lynch. She holds a Bachelor’s
degree in Economics from Wheaton College and an MBA in Finance from New
York University. Ms. Gilsenan is a member of the Chemical Specialists
Group and the New York Society of Security Analysts.

KARA CHESEBY is a Vice President of T. Rowe Price. Previously, Ms.
Cheseby was associated with Legg Mason, Wachovia and Chubb Group. She
earned her Bachelor’s degree from Duke University. Ms. Cheseby is a
Chartered Financial Analyst and is a member of the Baltimore Society of
Chartered Financial Analysts. Ms. Cheseby is married and among her
personal interests includes skiing, tennis and writing.

KALPESH KAPADIA, Managing Director at C.E. Unterberg, Towbin, focuses on
communications and semiconductor device companies. Prior to joining
Unterberg, Towbin, Mr. Kapadia worked with other major Wall Street firms
such as Bear Stearns and Robertson Stephens. He has five years of
experience in various investment banking areas such as equity research,
capital markets and corporate finance. Mr. Kapadia holds an MBA in
Finance and Accounting from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, a
Master’s in Industrial Engineering from New Jersey Institute of
Technology in New Jersey and an undergraduate degree in Engineering from
Bombay University in India.

JULIET M. MILKENS is an Associate Editor at The Wall Street Transcript.
A graduate of Exeter University (U.K.), she holds a Certificate of the
Institute of Education of Cambridge University and attended graduate
courses at Hunter College in New York. Her interests include reading,
aerobics, running and pottering about in her garden. Ms. Milkens is
married and has two children.

JUDITH G. SCOTT is a Managing Director with Robert W. Baird & Company,
Inc. Previously, she was a teacher at Gallaudet University for the Deaf
in Washington, D.C. and an interpreter for the deaf. Ms. Scott received
her Bachelor’s degree from Stanford University, her Master’s degree in
Italian Literature from Catholic University of America, and her MBA from
the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. A Chartered Financial Analyst,
she is on the board and is past President of the Center for the Deaf and
Hard of Hearing in Milwaukee.

JOYCE MINOR is a Vice President at Lehman Brothers. Previously, she was
associated with Phoenix Duff & Phelps. Ms. Minor received her Bachelor’s
degree in Economics from Macalester College and her MBA from Harvard
Business School.

JOSHUA R. RASKIN is a Vice President and Senior Analyst in the Equity
Research department at Lehman Brothers, covering the managed care
industry. He joined Lehman Brothers in May 1999. Prior to his current
role at Lehman Brothers, he was associated with Morgan Stanley Dean
Witter and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He received the highest amount of
‘up and comer’ votes in the managed care category of the 2001
Institutional Investor All-American Research Team Poll. He has been
widely cited in the media, including The Wall Street Journal, The New
York Times, Barron’s, CNBC and Bloomberg Television. He has the
Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the New York
Society of Security Analysts. He graduated with honors from Lehigh
University, with a BS in Accounting.

JOSEPH V. COCCIMIGLIO is a Senior Gaming and Lodging Analyst at
Prudential Securities. Previously, he was associated with Dean Witter,
J.P. Morgan and Deloitte & Touche. A CPA, Mr. Coccimiglio received his
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the State University of New York at
Binghamton.

JOSEPH T. BUCKLEY, Senior Managing Director of Bear, Stearns & Co.,
follows the restaurant industry. He joined Bear, Stearns’ research
department in 1985 and has followed a number of consumer industries
since that time, with a focus on the restaurant industry since 1987. Mr.
Buckley has enjoyed recognition in a number of independent analyst polls
and surveys, including those conducted by Institutional Investor, The
Wall Street Journal, Greenwich Associates, theStreet.com and Reuters.
Prior to joining Bear, Stearns & Co., he was a Research Analyst at Smith
Barney, Raymond James and Standard & Poor’s. Mr. Buckley holds both an
MBA and BA from New York University, where he graduated magna cum laude
with Phi Beta Kappa honors. He earned his CFA designation in 1982.

JOSEPH P. SAN PIETRO is a Vice President and Senior Aerospace and
Defense Analyst in the Equity Research division of Wasserstein Perella
Securities, Inc. Prior to joining the firm, he was a member of the
Aerospace and Defense team at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. He began his
career as a Management Consultant at Monitor Company and later worked at
A.T. Kearney. Mr. San Pietro holds a BA in Comparative Political Change
from Boston University. DALE WINNER is a Portfolio Manager/Analyst at
Templeton Global Advisors. Previously, he was associated with J.P.
Morgan and Mitsui Trust. Mr. Winner graduated from Reading University in
the UK. A Chartered Financial Analyst, he is President of the Bahamas
Society of Analysts.
