KENNETH J. BOLICH is a Vice President with Wachovia Asset Management,
serving as an Institutional/Personal Port-folio Manager and Securities
Analyst for the Core Equity product’s Technology sector team. He was
previously associated with Prudential Secu-rities. Mr. Bolich received a
BA from Stanford University and an MS in Business Admini-stration from
Duke University. He has over six years of professional investment
experience and is a member of the Association for Investment Management
and Research and the Atlanta Society of Financial Analysts.

KENNETH F. BROAD, CFA, is a Portfolio Manager at Transamerica Investment
Management, LLC. He was previously associated with Franklin Templeton
Group for six years as an Analyst/Portfolio Manager specializing in non
asset-based service businesses including Logistics. Prior to that he
worked for KPMG Peat Marwick-Consultant M&A. Mr. Broad is a Chartered
Financial Analyst. He received a BA in Economics from Colgate University
and an MBA in Finance from Anderson Graduate School of Management at
UCLA. Mr. Broad is married and has one child.

KEN R. LAUDAN is a Senior Vice President at George K. Baum & Co.
Previously, he was associated with Montgomery Securities, Hambrecht &
Quist, and Humana. Mr. Laudan received his Bachelor’s degree in finance
from Kansas State University. He is also a member of the Kansas State
University Finance Advisory Board. Mr. Laudan is married, has one
child, and includes tennis, running, and spending time with his daughter
among his personal interests.

KEN BROAD is a Vice President of Franklin Advisers, Inc. and Research
Analyst. He specializes in non-asset based service businesses, including
trans-portation logistics and general business services. Prior to
joining Franklin, Mr. Broad was associated with KPMG Peat Marwick as a
senior consultant on middle-market mergers and acquisitions. He received
his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Colgate University and an M.B.A.
from the Anderson School at the University of California, Los Angeles.
He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

KEMP DOLLIVER is a Director at SG Cowen Securities, Inc., following
facilities-based healthcare services companies, including the acute
care, rehabilitation, assisted living, and behavioral healthcare
industries. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Senior Portfolio Manager
for TradeStreet Investment Associates, part of NationsBank Corp. He has
also worked as a Securities Analyst at Aetna Life & Casualty Company and
as an Investment Banker at Dean Witter Reynolds, Inc. A Chartered
Financial Analyst, Mr. Dolliver holds a BS in Commerce from The
University of Virginia and an MBA from The University of Virginia’s
Darden School.

KELLY HOLMAN is a Founder and Managing Director of Genesys Capital and
has extensive commercial and technical experience in the biotechnology
industry. Since co-founding Genesys Capital Partners in 2000, he has
been actively involved in assisting the Triax-Covington NewGen Funds
raise over $100 million of venture capital and has been instrumental in
deploying over $60 million across 16 investments. He serves on the Board
of Directors of Affinium Pharmaceuticals Inc., Epocal Inc., matRegen
Corp. and Interface Biologics Inc. He is active in deal origination and
company creation and has advised Canada’s National Biotechnology
Advisory Committee on strategies for financing startup and early-stage
biotechnology companies. He holds a Bachelor of Science (honors) in
Biochemistry and an MBA, both from Queen’s University.

KELLY FLYNN is a Vice President in the Business Services Group in
PaineWebber Equity Research. Ms. Flynn covers the human capital
management industry. Prior to joining PaineWebber, she was an Associate
at Furman Selz, covering the business services industry, and prior to
that she was an Analyst in that firm’s Investment Banking Division. Ms.
Flynn received a BA in History and Literature from Harvard University.

KEITH GAY is a Partner and Senior Education Analyst at Thomas Weisel
Partners, LLC where he covers the education industry. Previously, he was
associated with NationsBanc Montgomery Securities and Merrill Lynch. Mr.
Gay had a 10-year Air Force career including three years as an Assistant
Professor at the U.S. Air Force Academy. He also is a former Instructor
in Accounting and Economics at Regis University. Mr. Gay received both
his BA and MBA from UCLA and has been widely quoted in national
publications.

KATHRYN FELTON MCAUL-EY is a manager in the Equity Research Department
of Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. where she is responsible for the
financial research of paper and forest products companies. Previously,
she was associated with First Manhattan Company and St. Regis and
Champion International. Ms. McAuley also worked as a U.S. Industry
representative to the Food and Agriculture Organization of the U.N. She
earned her Master’s degree in Economics from Fordham University. Ms.
McAuley is a member of the American Economic Association and a past
president of the New York Paper and Forest Products Security Analysts
Association.

KATHLEEN M. REED is an Assistant Vice President at Merrill Lynch.
Previously, she was associated with Smith Barney and Doheny Asset
Management. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the
University of Miami and her MBA in Finance from UCLA. Ms. Reed includes
dance, theatre, sports, beach and reading among her personal interests.
CAROL WARNER WILKE is a Senior Vice President at Prudential Securities.
Previously, she was associated with Salomon Brothers and NationsBanc
Montgomery Securities. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Brown
University and her MBA in Finance from Duke University’s Fuqua School of
Business. Ms. Wilke is married and includes tennis, running, and
cooking among her personal interests.
