MICHELLE APPLEBAUM is a Managing Director at Salomon Smith Barney. A
Past President of the Steel Analysts Group, she holds a BS from
Northwestern University and an MBA from Kellogg University.

MICHELLE A. GIORDANO, Vice President, is the Senior Life Insurance
Analyst in the Equity Research Group of J.P. Morgan Securities, Inc.
Prior to this assignment, she was responsible for joint coverage of the
property/casualty industry and the life insurance industry for the firm.
Ms. Giordano graduated from New York University’s Stern School of
Business with a BS in Finance and Accounting and an MBA in Finance. She
is presently the Treasurer of the Association of Insurance and Financial
Analysts. Ms. Giordano has been ranked by Institutional Investor as a
runner-up in October 2000 and as the ‘Next Generation’ analyst for the
life insurance industry in 1997, and has been ranked in the Wall Street
Journal All-Star Analyst Survey for stock picking and for earnings
estimate accuracy.

MICHAEL YELLEN is a Senior Portfolio Manager for AIM Capital
Management, Inc. He is the lead manager of the AIM Global Heath
Care Fund and is also involved with the management of AIM Charter
Fund, AIM Select Equity Fund and AIM V.I. Growth and Income Fund.
Mr. Yellen joined AIM in 1994 from INVESCO (NY), Inc., formerly
known as Chancellor LGT Asset Management, Inc., as an Investment
Analyst for healthcare industries. He also had primary
responsibility for the GT Applied Science Fund and the GT
Healthcare Fund, both offshore funds, until assuming his present
responsibilities with AIM. He began his career at Franklin
Resources, Inc., as a Senior Securities Analyst. Mr. Yellen holds
a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University.

MICHAEL URBAN, Vice President at Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc., has had
senior coverage responsibility for the oilfield services and equipment
sector since September 2002. He joined Deutsche Bank in October 2000
from Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette where he was a member of DLJ’s
Institutional Investor ranked oilfield service and equipment research
team. Prior to DLJ, he served as an investment banker in and was a co-
founder of the Global Oil & Gas Group of Fieldstone Private Capital
Group. In addition, he worked as an investment banker in the energy
investment banking group of Prudential Securities. He holds a BA in
Economics and Public Policy Studies from Duke University.

MICHAEL TIEU leads the Southwest Securities software team, and since
2001, has focused his research on the Internet security sector. Prior
to this, he was both an operations manager and an entrepreneur in the
hospitality industry for more than 12 years.

MICHAEL S. WORMS is a Senior Research Analyst in the New York office of
Harris Nesbitt Corp., covering electric utilities and the independent
power industries. Before joining the firm in 1998, Mr. Worms covered
these industries as a Research Analyst with Credit Suisse First Boston.
Prior to that, he worked at Brown Brothers Harriman, Shearson Lehman
Hutton and Moody’s Investors Services in the same capacity. He is a
member of the New York Society of Securities Analysts, the Wall Street
Utility Group and the Edison Electric Institute. Mr. Worms is a Wall
Street Journal All-Star and earned a BA from Fairleigh Dickinson
University.

MICHAEL RUSSELL is an Equity Analyst at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter
covering Advertising & Marketing Services. Previously, he was
associated with the National Economic Council, J.P. Morgan, Time Warner
in magazine publishing and television advertising and with Knight Ridder
in newspaper publishing. Mr. Russell received his Bachelor’s degree in
Economics from Princeton University and his MBA from Harvard Business
School.

MICHAEL O’BRIEN is SoundView’s senior analyst covering the Semiconductor
Manufacturing sector and has been named to The Wall Street Journal’s
Best on the Street list for the past two years. A member of SoundView
since 1997, in December 2001 he was named Deputy Director of Research.
Mr. O’Brien began his Wall Street career in equity research at Smith
Barney. Prior to that, he spent nearly four years at Applied Materials.
He received a BS in Quantitative Business Analysis from Penn State
University.

MICHAEL MORRIS is a Vice President and Senior Analyst at Salomon Smith
Barney, covering electronics manufacturing services. Previously, he was
a private attorney for six years, specializing in corporate litigation,
with several high tech and telecom clients. Mr. Morris is a member of
the semiconductor equipment and products team ranked number one in the
Reuters 2001 survey. He received a BA degree from the University of
Arizona and a JD degree from the University of California at Berkeley.

MICHAEL MASDEA, a Director, is the senior research analyst in charge of
CSFB’s semiconductor franchise. His coverage spans the entire
semiconductor universe, including PC, diversified, analog/mixed-signal,
memory and communications semiconductor companies. He joined the CSFB
Technology Group in 1999. Before joining CSFB, he worked in the research
department at Volpe Brown Whelan & Co., covering the semiconductor
industry. From 1998 to 1999, he worked in the research department at
Robertson Stephens, covering the electronic design automation (EDA) and
technical software industries. Prior to Robertson Stephens, he
structured equity derivative products for Bear Stearns’ Private Client
Services department. Previously, he worked in electronic materials
research at Illinois Tool Works. He holds both a Bachelor’s degree and
Master’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Northwestern
University’s McCormick School of Engineering, where he received the
school’s highest honors. While earning his Master’s, he worked within
the Fundamental Research & Trading group at SBC Warburg.
