MICHAEL K. LaMOTTE joined J.P. Morgan Securities in March 2001 as a
Managing Director in the Equity Research Department, and is responsible
for the oil services and equipment sector. He has followed the upstream
oil and gas industry for 12 years. His previous positions include
Managing Director and Senior Oil Services Analyst at Banc of America
Securities, Deputy Manager and Senior Oil Services Analyst at Brown
Brothers Harriman & Company, and Vice President and Senior E&P Analyst
at NatWest Markets. He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics with a
minor in French from Vanderbilt University. He ranked second in earnings
estimate accuracy in the 2002 Starmine Top Analyst Performance Survey,
and first in earnings forecasting in the 2000 and 2001 Wall Street
Journal Best on the Street Analyst Survey. He is a member of the CFA
Institute, the Dallas Society of Financial Analysts, the National Ocean
Industries Association, and the National Association of Petroleum
Investment Analysts.
MICHAEL J. SISON is a First Vice President, Equity Research Analyst,
with KeyBanc Capital Markets, a division of McDonald Investments Inc.
With the company since 1998, his research coverage focuses on the
specialty chemical industry. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Sison was
an associate consultant with Merrill Lynch. Before that, he served as
an investment analyst with Smith Barney in the consulting services
division. Mr. Sison earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from
Denison University in Granville, Ohio and a Master of Business
Administration degree in finance from the A.B. Freeman School of
Business at Tulane University in New Orleans. He was recently recognized
by Starmine as the number three earnings estimator in the chemical
industry. Mr. Sison currently serves as a board member of the Tulane
Alumni Association, Playhouse Square Partners and the Northern Ohio
Hemophilia Foundation, and as the President of the Tulane Alumni Club in
Cleveland. In addition, he was a founding board member of the Society
of Filipino American Young Professionals in Chicago.
MICHAEL I. ROLLINS, CFA, is a Vice President at Salomon Smith Barney. He
was previously associated with J.P. Morgan. Mr. Rollins received his BA
in Marketing from Cornell University. He is a Chartered Financial
Analyst and a member of the AIMR and NYSSA.
MICHAEL HUTCHISON has over 15 years’ experience in the investment
industry and currently serves as Vice President and Senior
Investment Analyst at Barrington Research Associates, Inc., a
Chicago-based investment research and brokerage firm. Mr.
Hutchison is a member of the Security Trader Association of
Chicago and holds a BAS degree in economics from Eastern Illinois
University. Mr. Hutchison has been featured in The Wall Street
Journal, Barron’s, Investor’s Business Daily, The New York Times,
Crain’s Chicago Business, Chicago Tribune, as well as many other
local, regional, and national publications.
MICHAEL HOFFMAN is a Director with Credit Suisse First Boston.
Previously, he was associated with Salomon Brothers and Robertson
Stephens & Company. Prior to working on Wall Street, Mr. Hoffman was
employed in manufacturing at General Electric Company. He holds a
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Widener University and an M.B.A.
from Cornell University.
MICHAEL GRANT is a Consumer Products Analyst at Invesco, NY.
Previously, he was associated with J.P. Morgan. Mr. Grant includes
running, biking and travel among his personal interests.
MICHAEL G. MULLEN, is an Independent Analyst and was formerly a Managing
Director with S.G. Cowen Securities and previously associated with Banc
One Asset Management. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Fordham
University and his M.B.A. from Indiana University. A Chartered Financial
Analyst, Mr. Mullen is a member of the Boston Securities Analyst Society
and a Board member of the Indiana University Investment Management
Academy.

been a Senior Vice President of Sales at Alex. Brown and Sons. In 2001,
he ranked fourth for his stock-picking accuracy in The Wall Street
Journal’s annual ‘Best on the Street’ survey. In 2000, Mr. King was
given the Institutional Investor Home Run Hitter award for his coverage
of OSI Pharmaceuticals. He holds a BBA degree from Baruch College.
