NAGI RAO is President and CEO of Surgient Networks, Inc. A proven
entrepreneur, Mr. Rao comes to Surgient with over 15 years of experience
in telecom and datacom equipment and services with Bell Labs, DSC
Communications and McKinsey & Company. In addition, he was the President
and CEO of Telecom Technologies, Inc. and CMR Associates. While at
McKinsey & Company, Mr. Rao was a Partner and co-Leader of their
communications and e-commerce practices. He brings with him exceptional
skills in identification of new market opportunities, development of
distinctive marketing strategies, and management of acquisitions and
alliances. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Mangalore
University, an MS in Computer Engineering from Clarkson University and
