Michael Devine – Dime Community Bancshares Inc (dcom)

MICHAEL P. DEVINE has served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Dime Community Bancshares, Inc., and The Dime Savings Bank of Williamsburgh since January 1, 1997. He has served as Chief Operating Officer of The Dime Savings Bank of Williamsburgh since 1989, and as Chief Operating Officer of Dime Community Bancshares, Inc. from its inception in 1995. Prior to the appointment as President and Chief Operating Officer, he served as Executive Vice President and Secretary of both Dime Community Bancshares, Inc., and The Dime Savings Bank of Williamsburgh. Mr. Devine has served as a Director of Dime Community Bancshares, Inc., since its formation in 1995 and as a Trustee or Director of the Dime Savings Bank of Williamsburgh since 1980. Mr. Devine joined The Dime Savings Bank of Williamsburgh in 1971 and has served as the Internal Auditor, Comptroller and Investment Officer.
