DENNIS C. FILL has served as a Director, Chairman of the Board and CEO
of ATL and as a member of the Executive Committee of ATL since November
11, 1986. From 1978 through 1986, he served as a member of the Board of
Directors of Squibb Corporation (the former parent of Westmark) and as
its President and Chief Operating Officer. Born in London, England, Mr.
Fill joined the International Division of Olin Mathieson Chemical
Corporation in 1958, which was responsible for the overseas operations
of E.R. Squibb & Sons, Inc. Subsequently, he served in various executive
capacities, including Regional Vice President for the Pacific Region,
residing in Hong Kong. Mr. Fill attended Ealing College, the Institute
of Export and Borough Polytechnic. He also served in the Royal Air
Force. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Beckman
Coulter, Inc., and Morton International, Inc. Profile
