DENISE WILDER WARREN is a Vice President at Merrill Lynch & Co.
Previously, she was associated with CS First Boston. Ms. Warren
received her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Southern Methodist
University and her MBA from Harvard Business School.MICHAEL A. HAPPEL is
a Principal of Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. Previously, he was Director
of Acquisitions for the Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds and was
involved in real estate investment banking activities at Morgan Stanley.
Mr. Happel is a graduate of Harvard Law School and Duke University.

DENIS LAPLANTE is a Managing Director and leads the US bank
research effort for Fox-Pitt, Kelton Inc, a research boutique
specializing in financial services stocks in the US, Europe and
the Far East. Mr. Laplante has been with Fox-Pitt, Kelton since
1990, covering a mix of large cap and mid-cap regional
institutions across the country. Prior to joining Fox-Pitt,
Kelton, he was a regional bank analyst at Keefe Bruyette & Woods
for over five years, and spent three years as a field examiner
with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.

DEBRA G. COY covers the water industry and environmental policy for
Schwab Capital Markets & Trading. Ms. Coy has covered these sectors from
Washington, DC, since 1985. She has created a unique franchise in
covering the global water sector for investors and has been responsible
for running the leading specialty water conference on Wall Street. She

published numerous articles in industry journals, and is frequently

industry issues. Prior to joining the Washington Research Group, Ms. Coy
was an Equity Research Analyst with HSBC Securities, Inc., and with
NatWest Securities. Ms. Coy received her Bachelor’s degree from

University of Maryland.

DEBORAH KOCH is a Senior Vice President and Equity Investment Analyst at
Scudder Kemper Investments. Previously, she was associated with Stein
Roe & Farnham. Ms. Koch received her Bachelor’s degree in finance from
the University of Rhode Island and her MBA from DePaul University. A
Chartered Financial Analyst, she is a member of the Investment Analyst
Society of Chicago. Ms. Koch is married and enjoys spending her free
time with her four children.

Debjit Chattopadhyay joined Boenning & Scattergood, Inc., in August 2006 and
covers the medical technology sector. He covers biotechnology,
biopharmaceuticals and medical device companies. He is particularly interested
in rapidly developing research areas like RNA therapeutics, stem cells and
angiogenesis. From a diagnostic perspective, He follows companies developing
bioarray technologies. Before joining Boenning, he was a Research Fellow at
Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. At Sloan, he was actively involved in
the development of novel targeted therapeutics, vaccines and initiated research
in nanobiotechnology. He holds a PhD from the University of Connecticut.

DEAN T. HASKELL is a Senior Vice President att EVEREN Securities. Pre-
viously, he was associated with Morgan Keegan. He received his
Bachelor’s degree in economics and finance from Kennesaw State College
and his MBA in finance from Vanderbilt University. He is a member of
the National Restaurant Association and the AIMR. Mr. Haskell is
married and has four children. He is a member of the National
Speleological Association and the Smithsonian Institute.

DEAN P. EBERLING is a Senior Vice President at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods.
Mr. Eberling was previously affiliated with Putnam Lovell, de Guardiola
& Thornton, Inc. He received his MA degree in Business Economics from
Fairleigh Dickinson University, his MBA in Finance from Seton Hall
University, and did post-graduate work in economics at New York
University.

DEAN HASKELL joined JMP Securities LLC in April 2003 as a Director and
Senior Analyst covering the restaurant sector. He has more than 17 years
of operational, financial and executive restaurant business experience.
From 1999 to 2002, Mr. Haskell served as President and Chief Executive
Officer at Real American Restaurants (RAR), a multi-concept restaurant
company based in Northern California. He succeeded in turning around the
struggling company, making it profitable within three years by focusing
on unit level operations, asset/liability restructuring and reductions
in G&A expenses. Before joining RAR, Mr. Haskell served as Senior Vice
President and Equity Analyst at First Union Securities for five years,
covering the restaurant industry. Prior to that, he served three years
as the assistant analyst at Morgan Keegan. Mr. Haskell received an MBA
in Finance from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt
University, Tennessee, and a BBA in Finance and Economics from Kennesaw

Banc Alex. Brown. Previously, he was associated with Smith Barney and
Brown Brothers Harriman & Company. Mr. Wheeler holds a Bachelor of
Science degree in Economics from Middlebury College. He is a Chartered
Financial Analyst and a member of the NAPIA.

DAVID TOGUT is a Principal of Morgan Stanley which he joined in 1996 as
an Equity Research Analyst covering computer and business services
companies. Previously, he was associated with CS First Boston and Fred
Alger Management. He received his Bachelor’s degree in history from
Brown University and his MBA in finance and accounting from Columbia
Business School. Mr. Togut is a Chartered Financial Analyst and is a
