George Huang is a biotechnology analyst at Stansberry & Associates, an
independent equity research firm. His coverage universe includes small- to mid-
cap biotechs with a strong focus in the infectious diseases, metabolic diseases,
autoimmunity, oncology and platform technologies. His research and trading
strategies are featured in two publications (The FDA Report, Phase 1 Investor).
He was the Pollard Scholar and received his PhD in Cellular and Molecular
Medicine from Johns Hopkins University and Bachelor of Science degree in Biology
from University of British Columbia.

GEORGE GODFREY is a Director and Senior Equity Research Analyst covering
the enterprise software sector at ABN AMRO Securities, LLC, an
international corporate and investment bank which is part of ABN AMRO,
one of the largest financial services firms in the world. Mr. Godfrey
joined ING Barings (now part of ABN) in October 1999 from Raymond James
Financial, where he initiated the firm’s equity coverage of the emerging
server and enterprise software industry, including application
integration, e-commerce and Internet software companies. Mr. Godfrey was
previously a founding member of Rodman & Renshaw’s data networking and
technology research group, initiating coverage of the data networking
and telecommunications industry. Prior to that, he was an analyst at
Dean Witter Reynolds, covering the PC software, enterprise software, and
computer information services industries. Mr. Godfrey received his MBA
in Finance and Corporate Accounting from the William E. Simon Graduate
School of Business Administration, University of Rochester, and his BS
in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts.

GEOFREY B. KIEBURTZ is Salomon Brother’s Oilfield Service Analyst,
currently covering 39 companies in the industry. From 1978 to 1986, Mr.
Kieburtz worked for Schlumberger in the Wireline division as a field
engineer, location manager and various marketing and technical
management positions, all of which were international assignments
including Norway, the United Kingdom, Pakistan and Egypt. From 1988 to
1992, Mr. Kieburtz worked for Marakon Associates, a general management
consulting firm, where he was a senior manager. He holds a Bachelor of
Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University (1978)
and a Master’s degree in Management from the Yale School of Management
(1988).

GEOFF STANLEY is a Managing Director of BMO Nesbitt Burns. He joined the
firm in June 1998 as a Senior Mining Analyst based in its New York
office. His previous experience includes four years as an analyst with
other institutions in New York, and seven years as an analyst in
Australia. Prior to his career as an analyst, he worked as an
exploration geologist for Billiton in Australia for six years, with a
focus on base metals, gold and tin exploration. Mr. Stanley holds a
Bachelor of Science in Geophysics, Geology and Physical Geography (1980)
and an Honors degree in Geology from the University of Tasmania (1982).

GARY SPIVAK joined the Stanford Group in June 2004 as a Senior Vice
President covering infrastructure software. His Wall Street career began
in 1998 when he joined SoundView Technology Group as an analyst in the
Software group. After five years, he joined Kaufman Bros., LP, to cover
the security software group. Mr. Spivak brings a unique background to
Stanford. Prior to becoming an analyst, he spent over 10 years in
MetLife’s Corporate IT department where he developed, evaluated,
installed and rolled out various network and systems management software
products. In addition, he managed several large infrastructure projects
that included areas of technology such as: router and server deployment,
circuit ordering, cabling infrastructure and application deployment. He
received his MBA from Columbia University, his BA in Political Science
from Binghamton University, and is a graduate of the New York University
Diploma Program for Computer Technology.

GARY PRESTOPINO has 18 years of investment experience as a
portfolio manager and equity research analyst. His research focus
is on business services. Mr. Prestopino joined Barrington
Research in January 2001. He is a graduate of Ithaca College,
with a BA in Economics, and Tulane University, with an MBA in
Finance, and has been a CFA since 1985. Mr. Prestopino previously
served as Director of Research for Mesirow Financial and as
Senior Vice President, Business Services, for Tucker Anthony in
Chicago. He is a member of The Investment Analyst Society of
Chicago.

GARY JACOBI is an Analyst covering Telecommunications Services at
Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown, Inc. He was previously associated with Bear
Stearns and Oppeheimer Funds. Mr. Jacobi came to Wall Street after
spending approximately 15 years in the former Bell System. He will be
joining the telecom equity research team headed by Jeff Hines, and he
will be responsible for covering the large cap telecommunications
companies. Mr. Jacobi received a BA in Economics, a BS in Management and
an MBA from the State University of NY at Buffalo. Additionally, he has
an MS in Finance from Baruch College, and is a member of the faculty at
New York University’s School of Continuing Education.

GARY E. BISBEE III is a Vice President and Senior Research Analyst
covering the education services sector at Lehman Brothers. Mr. Bisbee’s
coverage universe consists of all the major postsecondary education
companies, including Apollo Group, Career Education Corporation and
Corinthian Colleges. He plans to expand his coverage universe in the
future to include selected corporate training and K-12 education
companies and consumer services companies. He has been quoted in
numerous publications, including The Wall Street Journal, BusinessWeek,
Investor’s Business Daily, and U.S. News & World Report. Prior to
focusing on education, Mr. Bisbee worked as a research associate in the
firm’s business services practice for three years following a
diversified group of business and consumer services companies. He
initially joined Lehman Brothers in the summer of 1997 as an associate
in institutional equity sales, before moving to equity research in July
1999. Prior to joining Lehman, he was an institutional sales assistant
at Cowen & Co. He graduated from Hamilton College with a BA in
Economics. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

GARY E. BISBEE is a Vice President and Senior Research Analyst covering
the education services sector at Lehman Brothers. Mr. Bisbee’s coverage
universe consists of all the major post-secondary education companies.
He plans to expand his coverage universe in the future to include
selected education and business services companies. Mr. Bisbee has been

GARY BAKER, CFA, has spent the past three years as Head of Technology
Research at Raymond James Ltd. Prior to joining Raymond James, he spent
two years as an Equity Analyst at SunLife of Canada and 10 years as a
Portfolio Manager at Corporate Investment Associates and RT Capital
Management. He has a Bachelor of Engineering degree and an MBA from the
University of Toronto.
