LINDA C. BYUS is Vice President of Dresdner Kleinwort Benson and head of
U.S. Utility Research. Previously, she held a similar position with
Nesbitt Burns Securities and was an analyst with Duff & Phelps
Corporation. She also held positions at Commonwealth Edison Company as a
plant health physicist at the Zion Nuclear Generation Station and
corporate health physicist in the Nuclear Production Department. She
earned a B.A. degree in Physics from Miami University, a Master’s degree
in Applied Nuclear Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology and
an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. A Chartered Financial Analyst,
Ms. Byus is a member of the Utility and Telecommunications Securities
Club of Chicago and the AIMR. Ms. Byus is married and enjoys activities
with her two children including sports and music.

LESLIE R. HENSHAW is a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at ING
Asset Management. She currently serves as the co-Manager of Anvers
Healthcare Investors LP, an alternative investment product within the
ING Asset Management family. Ms. Henshaw was a Managing Director at ING
Barings covering the hospital and long-term care sectors. She previously
was associated with Furman Selz as the High Yield Healthcare Analyst
with supervisory responsibility for the firm’s published research
product and also spent seven years working in the health care investment
banking group. Prior to this she spent two years in the national health
care consulting practice of Price Waterhouse. Ms. Henshaw graduated with
Honors from Wesleyan University and went on to earn her MBA from the
University of Chicago.

LESLIE MCCALL is Senior Vice President at Brown Brothers Harriman &
Company. She was previously associated with CIBC Oppenheimer. Ms. McCall
holds a Bachelor’s degree from Wellesley College and an MBA from the
University of Virginia Colgate Darden Graduate School of Business
Administration. She is a member of NYSSA, the AIMR, and The Fashion
Group International. Ms. McCall is married, has one child, and enjoys
shopping and singing the Barney song in her leisure.

LESLIE HENSHAW is a Managing Director and Equity Research Analyst
providing coverage of healthcare services companies at ING Barings.
Prior to joining the equity research department, she spent over eight
years in the investment banking and high yield research departments,
also specializing in the healthcare area. Previously, Ms. Henshaw was
associated with Price Waterhouse’s national healthcare practice. She
holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BA degree with High
Honors in Economics from Wesleyan University.

Leonard S. Yaffe, MD is a Managing Director and Senior Research Analyst
in the Health Care Group at Banc of America Securities. Previously, he
was associated with Vincent Chelsey & Company and Gilford Securities. A
Chartered Financial Analyst, he earned both his Bachelor’s degree and
his MD from Northwestern University.

LEE SCHALOP is a Managing Director and Head of real estate research in
the Equity Research Department at Banc of America Securities LLC. Prior
to joining Banc of America Securities LLC, he served as the Senior
Analyst for real estate stocks at Credit Suisse First Boston Corp. and
J.P. Morgan Securities, where he covered a similar universe of stocks.
Prior to that, Mr. Schalop spent two years as a Financial Analyst in the
real estate department at Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. Mr. Schalop is a
graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where he received a BS in
Economics from the Wharton School and a BA in International Relations.

LEE D. WILDER is a Partner with J.C. Bradford & Company. Previously,
she was associated with Robinson-Humphrey and Interstate/Johnson Lane.
A Chartered Financial Analyst, she received her Bachelor’s degree from
Duke University and her MBA from Georgia State University. Ms. Wilder
is married, has two children and includes reading, traveling and
spending time with her children among her personal interests.

LEANNE M. BAKER is a Director in the Equity Research Department of
Salomon Smith Barney, recently promoted to Managing Director.
Previously, she was associated with Salomon Brothers, Philipp Brothers,
the Golden Daily Transcript, and the Colorado School of Mines as a
Public Information Officer. Dr. Baker holds a Bachelor’s degree in
Journalism from the University of Colorado, as well as Master’s and
Doctoral degrees in Mineral Economics from the Colorado School of Mines.
She is a member and former president of the Nonferrous Metals Analysts
Group and a member of AIME, Women in Mining, and the Mineral Economics
and Management Society.

LAWRENCE RAIMAN is a Vice President at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.
Previously, he was associated with PaineWebber. He received his
Bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University and his MBA from
Columbia Business School. Mr. Raiman is a member of the National
Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts.

LAWRENCE M. HARRIS is a Vice President at Josephthal & Co., Inc.,
covering the telecommunications equipment industry. He was previously
associated with Jackson Partners & Associates, Bear Stearns and Kemper
Securities. Prior to that, he was associated with Arthur D. Little and
Rockwell International. Mr. Harris received a BA from Lafayette College
and an MBA from the University of Chicago. He is a member of the New
York Society of Security Analysts and the Communication Technology
Analysts Association.
