MEREDITH ADLER is Lehman Brothers’ Equity Analyst following the
supermarket and drug store industries, including major chains such as
Safeway, Kroger, Albertson’s, Walgreen and CVS. She joined Lehman’s
equity research department in mid-1996 after spending 10 years as a high
yield bond analyst. Ms. Adler ranked number two in the food and drug
retailing category in the 2001 poll of equity analysts conducted by
Institutional Investor magazine. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers, Ms.
Adler worked in high yield research at Chase Securities, CS First
Boston, and L.F. Rothschild. She received her MBA in Finance from New
York University and a BA in Comparative Religion from Boston University,
and she is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

MEREDITH A. WHITNEY is a Senior Vice President with First Union
Securities, where she follows the specialty finance sector in the
financial services industry area. Previously, she was associated with
CIBC Oppenheimer as an Analyst. Ms. Whitney holds a Bachelor’s degree
from Brown University.

MEGAN GRAHAM-HACKETT is the computer hardware and networking analyst for
Standard & Poor’s Equity Research Department, a position she has held
since 1997. In this position, Ms. Graham-Hackett covers 30 companies
related to the computer hardware and data networking technology sectors.
Since joining Standard & Poor’s in 1997, she has been interviewed and
quoted widely on her coverage of technology issues for S&P, including
appearances on CNBC, CNN, ABC and Nightly Business Report, and quoted in
The Wall Street Journal, Dow Jones Newswire and Bloomberg News. Prior to
S&P, she served as an aerospace industry analyst at Merrill Lynch & Co.
from 1994 to 1997. She started her Wall Street career in 1990, when she
served as an aerospace industry analyst at Prudential Securities, Inc.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Mount Holyoke
College, and was credited with an honorable mention for her achievements
in the final examinations for Economics majors. In addition, she has
completed subsequent course work in Accounting, Financial Statement
Analysis and Equity Valuation from a variety of institutions, including
study for the Chartered Financial Analyst certificate program, for which
she has successfully passed Level One. She also has Series 7, Series 16
and Series 63 licenses.

MEG SAEGEBARTH is a Vice President at Goldman Sachs. She was previously
associated with Prudential Securities. Ms. Saegebarth is a member of
AIMR, the New York Society of Security Analysts and has a CFA
designation. She received a BA from Michigan State University and an MBA
from New York University. Ms. Saegebarth is single and in her leisure
enjoys travel and movies.

MAY SHEN CHILTON is a Vice President of Oil and Gas Equity Research at
J.P. Morgan Chase in New York. Ms. Chilton focuses her research on the
senior Canadian exploration and production (E&P) companies and on junior
US exploration and production companies. Before concentrating on
upstream E&P companies, she analyzed and researched US integrated oil
and gas, and independent refining and marketing companies, at J.P.
Morgan. Prior to equity research, Ms. Chilton was a consultant at a
strategy consulting firm in Toronto, Canada. She graduated with a degree
in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo,
Ontario, and holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

MATTHEW WARBURTON is the US Integrated Oil Analyst at UBS Warburg LLC,
following both the international and domestic integrated oil companies.
Prior to his career on Wall Street, he occupied several senior positions
in investment management at Royal Sun Alliance and Hermes Investment
Management in London. Mr. Warburton holds a BA with Honors in Business
Studies from Teesside Polytechnic.

MATTHEW VETTO, CFA, is an Internet Financial Services Analyst at Salomon
Smith Barney. He was previously associated with Ernst & Young and Lane
Capital Management. Mr. Vetto is a Certified Public Accountant and a
Certified Financial Analyst. He received a BA from the University of
Washington and an MBA from Columbia Business School. In his leisure Mr.
Vetto enjoys music, sports and film.

MATTHEW T. STOVER is a Director at Salomon Smith Barney, Inc.
Previously, he was associated with PaineWebber Inc. as a First Vice
President, as well as with Bear, Stearns & Co. Mr. Stover received his
Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Fordham University. He is a member
of the Automobile Analyst Splinter Group of New York and the Society of
Automobile Engineers.

MATTHEW J. DODDS joined SG Cowen in 1999 to cover the medical supplies
and technology industry, and is Managing Director. Prior to joining SG
Cowen, he spent the past four and a half years at UBS Warburg as a
medical supplies and technology analyst, with a focus on the cardiology,
ophthalmology and surgical fields. Prior to UBS Warburg, he spent two
years as an associate at Kidder Peabody covering the medical supplies
and technology industry. Prior to Kidder Peabody, he spent two years in
Paine Webber’s Equity Research department as Hard Dollar Sales Manager.
He received a BS degree in Industrial Management from Carnegie Mellon
University in 1991.

MATTHEW E. FISCHER, Senior Analyst, Financial Services at Independent
Research Group, was formerly at Prudential Equity Group, LLC, where he
was an associate analyst covering the securities industry. Mr. Fischer
also worked at Merrill Lynch, most recently in corporate reengineering,
where he analyzed the structure of Merrill’s internal business units
globally and developed ways to leverage the firm’s global presence more
efficiently. He earned a BA in Economics from Indiana University and an
MBA from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College,
with a concentration in applied investments and finance.
