PAUL L. WESTRA is an Equity Research Analyst with Credit Suisse First
Boston, covering the restaurant industry. Prior to joining the firm, he
was a Vice President in Equity Research with Salomon Smith Barney. He
also worked as an Assistant Equity Analyst with Kidder, Peabody &
Company. A Chartered Financial Analyst, Mr. Westra earned his Bachelor’s
degree in Finance from the University of Massachusetts and an M.B.A.
with a concentration in Strategic Management from The Fuqua School of

PAUL JEANNE is an Equity Analyst with Deutsche Banc Alex.Brown, covering
trucking and ground-based logistics companies. Prior to joining the
firm, he was associated with Arthur Andersen, LLP as a Senior Financial
Analyst. Mr. Jeanne is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Certified
Public Accountant. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and
Economics from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Emory University.

PAUL G. FOX is a Managing Director and Head of Technology Research in
the Technology Group at Banc of America Securities LLC. He follows the
electronics manufacturing services industry. Prior to joining the firm,
Mr. Fox worked as a Research Associate at Kidder, Peabody & Co. In 1999,
he was ranked by the Institutional Investor as an ‘All-American’ Analyst
in the electronics manufacturing services sector and in 2000 was ranked
in his sector in the Reuters Survey.

PAUL FREMONT is an Analyst at Brown Brothers Harriman. Previously, he
was associated with Smith Barney and Moody’s Investors Service. Mr.
Fremont received both his Bachelor’s degree in History and Politics and
his MBA in Finance and International Business from New York University.

PAUL B. FREMONT is a Managing Director of Equity Research at Jefferies &
Company, Inc., where he follows the electric utilities sector. Prior to
joining Jefferies in August 1999, he was a Senior Utility Analyst at
Brown Brothers Harriman. Before that, Mr. Fremont was at Smith Barney,
specializing in 70 electric and water companies. Previously, Mr.
Fremont was a Senior Analyst and Vice President at Moody’s Investor
Service. Mr. Fremont holds an MBA in Finance and International Business
and a BA in History and Politics from New York University.

PAUL S. GOULEKAS is a Senior Vice President at Conning & Company and
manages the Life-Health stock and industry research group. Previously,
he was associated with Aetna Life & Casualty and The Hartford Insurance
Group. Mr. Goulekas received both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees
from the University of Connecticut.

Patrick Wang, Senior Vice President, is the senior equity research analyst
covering semiconductors at Wedbush Morgan Securities. His primary areas of
research include analog, mixed-signal, power, and PC chips (MPUs, GPUs,
chipsets). Prior to joining Wedbush, he was the senior equity research analyst
covering semiconductors at Thomas Weisel Partners and Nollenberger Capital
Partners. His industry-specific expertise was bolstered by working in a number
of engineering positions at Texas Instruments for a number of years before
assuming his sellside roles. He is also routinely quoted or interviewed in the
media including appearances on or quotes in CNBC, The Wall Street Journal,
Bloomberg, Dow Jones, Reuters, Forbes, TheStreet.com, BNN, and Investors
Business Daily. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer
Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.

PATRICK MCCARTHY joined Friedman, Billings, Ramsey Group, Inc., in
October 2002 as a Vice President in equity research. Mr. McCarthy is a
member of the diversified industrials group, with primary responsibility
for the defense industry. Prior to joining FBR, he spent five and a half
years with Credit Suisse First Boston, most recently as an Analyst in
the global consumer products equity research group. At CSFB, he was
responsible for analyzing the impact of emerging trends across the
global consumer products universe and quantifying the market’s
expectations for the companies and sub-sectors within the group. Prior
to CSFB, he was an Assistant Treasurer at The Bankers Trust Company. Mr.
McCarthy graduated from Fordham University in New York with a degree in
Finance and Economics. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst and a
member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.

PATRICK B. RENDA is a Vice President, Investment Officer of J. & W.
Seligman & Co. Focusing on a broad area of technology companies, he
provides the Seligman Technology Group with support. He is recognized
for his achievements in the technology sector and was cited by
Institutional Investor as one of the ‘Best of the Buy Side’ analysts for
2000. Prior to joining Seligman in 1997, he was associated with the
national law firm of Fragomen, DelRey, Bersen & Loewy, P.C. and before
that had worked in television. Mr. Renda earned his BA in Business
Communications from the Annenberg School at the University of Southern
California.

PABLO ZUANIC is a Senior Equity Analyst at J. P. Morgan Securities Inc.
covering food stocks. At present he cover 13 food companies, nine in the
packaged food group and four in the meats group. For the three-year
period ended October 2003 he covered Latin American consumer stocks. He
was ranked number one in the 2002 and 2003 Institutional Investor
surveys for his work in the F&B sector. Before joining JPMorgan in 2000,
Mr. Zuanic worked with ING Barings in Southeast Asia, and with Booz,
Allen & Hamilton management consultants in Singapore and Australia. Mr.
Zuanic holds a Commercial Engineering degree from the Universidad de
Chile and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
