Michael Testorf, CFA, is Managing Director and Portfolio Manager of ClearBridge Investments, LLC. Mr. Testorf is a portfolio manager on the Global Growth Equity investment team and co-manages numerous global and international growth strategies. He joined ClearBridge Investments in 2015 and has 30 years of investment industry experience. Prior to joining ClearBridge, Mr. Testorf served as a senior portfolio manager and Senior Partner at R Squared Capital Management LLP. For 13 years, he worked at Artio Global Management — formerly Julius Baer — where he was most recently a senior portfolio manager, international equities. Mr. Testorf also held positions at the United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund and BZW Securities. He began his career at the Investment Management Training Program at Commerzbank AG in Hamburg. Mr. Testorf earned a B.A. in business and economics from the Wirtschaftsakademie Hamburg — Academy of Business and Administration — in Hamburg, Germany. He received the CFA designation in 2000.

McGavock Dunbar, CFA, is Principal and Director of Research at Vulcan Value Partners. Mr. Dunbar joined Vulcan Value Partners in 2010. Prior to joining Vulcan Value Partners, Mr. Dunbar worked as an associate in the investment banking department at Susquehanna International Group. Mr. Dunbar earned his MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. He also has a Master of Education and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia, with a double major in history and religious studies.

Matt Sweeney is the Managing Partner of Laughing Water Capital. Laughing Water Capital is a private investment fund formed in February of 2016. The fund employs a value-based strategy to identify mispriced securities for inclusion in a concentrated portfolio of eight to 20 investments that the Managing Partner believes provide the opportunity for anomalous returns over three-to-five-year periods. While the fund’s mandate allows it to seek long and short investments across geographies, market caps and capital structures, the fund primarily invests long in small and midcap U.S.-based equity securities that are off the radar of larger, less patient investors.

Ronald Steinhoff, CFA, is a Portfolio Manager with Trapeze Asset Management Inc., and conducts research and analysis for both TAMI and TCC. Earlier, he worked at ABC Funds, a Toronto-based value-oriented investment manager.

Stuart Nutting is Managing Director of the GPO Fund of Urgent International Inc. He was a managing director of UBS Investment Bank (VTX:UBSG) in the global equities business and was an executive director of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (ASX:CBA) where he was acting Head of Commonwealth Australia Securities LLC, its U.S. broker/dealer, with regulatory responsibility for equities, fixed income and U.S. private placements. He was a managing director at RBS (LON:RBS) in Stamford, Connecticut, and specialized in equities research sales of Australian securities to U.S. QIBs.

Jeff Stewart is Managing Director of the GPO Fund of Urgent International Inc. He is a technology entrepreneur, inventor and investor with deep experience scaling technology-enabled international businesses. Mr. Stewart’s experience includes founding roles in over a dozen companies, which, if combined, employ over 1,000 people and operate in 24 countries.

Mason D. King, CFA, is a Principal, Vice President, Director of Public Equity Investment Strategies, and Portfolio Manager at Luther King Capital Management. He joined the firm in 2004. Earlier, he was an equity analyst at Hester Capital Management and a private equity investment analyst at Pacesetter Capital Group and Crates Thompson Capital. He received a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. He also completed the TCU Ranch Management Program.

Lauren Rich Fine, CFA, is Managing Director at Gries Financial LLC. Earlier, she was a Managing Director at Merrill Lynch in equity research, where she was named to the Institutional Investor All-American Research team, holding the number one position in her coverage universe for 11 years. She also was an Executive Search Consultant at Howard & O’Brien, focused on C-Suite and board searches. She holds an undergraduate degree from Tufts University and an MBA from the Stern School of Management at New York University. Also, she is on the board of six nonprofits and is the Investment Committee Chair for three of those.

Tom Youn, CFA, is Managing Director and Portfolio Manager for Guggenheim Investments. Mr. Youn joined Guggenheim Investments in 2009 as a Portfolio Manager focusing on REITs and other publicly traded real estate equities. Earlier, Mr. Youn worked at Cliffwood Partners LLC, where he was a real estate generalist covering REITs and real estate C-Corps in the U.S. and Canada. He also assisted with portfolio construction and development of key investment themes and exposure targets for hedged and long-only real estate strategies.Before that, Mr. Youn was a Senior Equity Research Associate for Green Street Advisors covering the retail REIT sector. He gained private real estate market experience as an Acquisition Associate for AEW Capital Management’s direct investments group, where he underwrote real estate acquisitions across all major property types and performed asset management functions including new lease underwriting, periodic reporting, valuations, and management of third-party service providers. Mr. Youn received a degree in finance from the University of Southern California.

Egor N. Rybakov, CFA, is Senior Vice President and Global Equity Portfolio Manager for RMB Capital, a Chicago-based independent financial services firm with more than $8.1 billion in assets under management. Mr. Rybakov brought to RMB the investment process he has honed for the past two decades — screening the universe of international equities to uncover mispriced quality companies expected to create long-term value. Mr. Rybakov joined the firm in March 2016 to help expand RMB’s international and global strategies, including a concentrated portfolio of non-U.S. companies selected across the market-cap spectrum. Prior to joining RMB, Mr. Rybakov was Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Keeley Asset Management’s global equities practice. Previously, he held international equity portfolio management and research positions at a number of firms, including ENR Investments, Principal Global Investors/EDGE AM, affiliates of Nuveen Investments — Tradewinds Global Investors and SBAM — as well as Thornburg Investment Management. Mr. Rybakov holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and management from the Moscow State University — MGU — and an MBA with concentrations in finance and accounting from The University of Illinois at Chicago. He is a CFA charterholder. Mr. Rybakov is based in RMB’s Irvine, California, office.
