ROBERT L. SCHUMACHER is Chief Financial Officer of First Community

Mr. Schumacher was a practicing attorney from 1976 to 1983. He has a
Doctor of Jurisprudence from West Virginia University College of Law and
a BS in Business Administration from Morris Harvey College. Mr.
