Matthew Rizai – Engineering Animation (eaii)

MATTHEW RIZAI is President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Engineering Animation, Inc. (EAI). EAI is the leading producer of enterprise-wide visual process management, collaboration and communication solutions. Mr. Rizai joined EAI in 1990 from ARCH Development Corp., a venture capital firm in Chicago. Before that, he was a senior research engineer with General Motors Corp. Prior to GM, Mr. Rizai was Vice President of a computer-aided design software company and served as a development engineer for Ford Motor Co. He earned a Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University and a Master's of Business Administration at the University of Chicago. Under Mr. Rizai's leadership, EAI has grown from a small startup to a company with annual revenues in the range of $100 million and over 900 employees.
