Jim Flatley – Aspect Communications Corporation (aspt)

JIM FLATLEY is President of Worldwide Sales and Service of Aspect Communications. He brings to Aspect over 20 years of software solutions sales experience. He draws from a wealth of knowledge and a strong background in developing and leading highly effective sales and service organizations. Mr. Flatley is committed to the success of Aspect's customers as they execute on their customer relationship management strategies. He is responsible for developing and implementing an over- arching sales and services strategy for the company, Mr. Flatley oversees a worldwide infrastructure developed to drive customer success. Before Mr. Flatley joined Aspect in 2003, he was Vice President of Worldwide Field Operations at enterprise Web technology leader Plumtree Software, where he increased revenue from early startup stages to $80 million in just 30 months. Prior to that he was Vice President of Americas operations at Network General/Network Associates and was responsible for over $500 million in revenue and a team of 700 sales and service professionals. During his distinguished career, he has also held positions at Siebel, AT&T and IBM. Mr. Flatley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Pennsylvania State University. Profile
