JEFFREY S. GEISENHEIMER has served as Chief Financial Officer of
Multex.com, Inc., since December 2001 and is responsible for all aspects
of accounting, finance, legal, human resources, and administration. Mr.
Geisenheimer joined Multex in September 1999 as Vice President of
Finance, where he was appointed a member of the Executive Committee and
was actively involved in all aspects of the company's finance
department. Prior to joining Multex, Mr. Geisenheimer served as Chief
Financial Officer of Market Guide Inc., a public company that Multex
acquired in September 1999. Before Mr. Geisenheimer's appointment to CFO
at Market Guide, he held numerous positions at the company, including
Director of New Business Development and Director of Research. Mr.
Geisenheimer received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in
Banking and Finance and a Master of Business Administration degree in
