LARRY JASINSKI is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Cortek,
Inc. He has extensive experience in organizational development and in
product development for rapid growth global businesses. He has extensive
knowledge and relationships in cardiology, radiology, and surgery. Mr.
Jasinski has successfully managed over 30 new product development
efforts and launches. In over 15 years with Boston Scientific
Corporation he managed sales and marketing, project management, R&D, new
business development activities, and other functions in six different
divisions. He participated and managed growth of an organization from

JAMES NICHOLSON is the Founder and CEO of Cortek, Inc. He has an
impressive track record in the medical device industry as the founder of
several medical device start-up companies such as Mitek Surgical and
Innovasive Devices and as the inventor of numerous medical products,
including the Mitek anchor and Venodyne Intermittent Compression device.
He led both Mitek and Innovasive through successful IPO's. In 1994,
Mitek was acquired by J&J's Ethicon division for $128 million. Mr.
Nicholson's ability to develop innovative solutions for large, unmet
