JAMES D. DELAMATER is the President and CEO of Northeast Bancorp, a
banking and financial services holding company headquartered in Auburn,
Maine. The company's subsidiary is Northeast Financial Services, Inc.
Mr. Delamater has held the position of President and CEO since he joined
