JAMES D. DELAMATER is the President and CEO of Northeast Bancorp, a
banking and financial services holding company headquartered in Auburn,
Maine. The company’s subsidiary is Northeast Financial Services, Inc.
Mr. Delamater has held the position of President and CEO since he joined
the company in 1981. Prior to joining the bank, he spent six years with
Oxford Bank and Trust, Maine, and three years as a stockbroker with
firms such as Robert C. Carr, Thompson, McKinnon, W.E. Hutton and
Burgess & Leith.
