RICHARD J. HUXLEY is head of the Clover Capital Management, Inc., fixed
income research effort. Prior to joining the firm in 1986, he served in
various research and portfolio management roles in the Chase Manhattan
investment organization in Rochester, and also with the in-house
investment office of the University of Rochester, New York. Mr. Huxley
earned a BBA degree from the University of Kentucky in 1980, graduating
with high distinction. He is a past President of The Rochester Society
of Security Analysts and contributes volunteer time to a number of
community and local government entities. He and his wife, Debra, enjoy
travel and art collecting. Profile
JOSEPH P. CERQUA is a Portfolio Manager and Analyst for Clover Capital
Management, Inc. He joined the firm in 1995 and is a member of the
firm's fixed income team. Mr. Cerqua concentrates on market strategy
and credit research. He has also developed in-house databases to
facilitate work in those areas. Mr. Cerqua is a 1991 graduate of the
State University of New York at Oswego with a major in Applied
Mathematical Economics. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst. Mr. Cerqua
enjoys outdoor activities and is an enthusiast of whitewater rafting,
mountain biking and downhill skiing, to name just a few. Profile
