MICHAEL R. HENDERSON has extensive experience in marketing, management,
advertising and sales. He has been Director, President and Chief
Executive Officer of Lasik Vision Corporation since April 8, 1999. He
also served as President of Lasik Vision Canada during 1998. Prior to
joining Lasik Vision, Mr. Henderson was a Director of R.T.P. Services
Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Rentokil Initial PLC, the world's

DOUGLAS L. MASON has served as a senior officer for a number of public
companies, and has extensive experience in financings and acquisitions
in capital markets. He currently serves as President, Chief Executive
Officer and a director of Clearly Canadian Beverage Corporation, a
manufacturer and distributor of beverage products, the securities of
which are listed for trading on The Toronto Stock exchange and are
quoted for trading in the United States on the NASDAQ-NMS market. Mr.
Mason also serves as a director of Lasik Vision Corporation, an exchange
listed company which was initially organized as a venture capital pool
company and obtained its Exchange listing under the name 'FVC First
Venture Capital Corp.'. FVC First Venture Capital Corp., of which Mr.
Mason served as President and Chief Executive Offer, completed its
qualifying transaction on April 8, 1998 by acquiring all of the issued
and outstanding share capital of Lasik Vision Canada Inc., a Vancouver-
based provider of laser vision correction services. Mr. Mason also
serves as President and a director of Waterfront Capital Corporation, an
investment company listed for trading on the Alberta Stock Exchange, and
serves as President and a director of Columbia Yukon Explorations Inc.,
a resource exploration company also listed for trading on the Alberta
