Michael R. Henderson

MICHAEL R. HENDERSON has extensive experience in marketing, management,
advertising and sales. He has been Director, President and Chief
Executive Officer of Lasik Vision Corporation since April 8, 1999. He
also served as President of Lasik Vision Canada during 1998. Prior to
joining Lasik Vision, Mr. Henderson was a Director of R.T.P. Services
Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Rentokil Initial PLC, the world’s
largest service company.
