MICHAEL R. BARRINGTON has been Vice Chairman and President of
AmeriCredit Corp. since November 1996. From May 1991 until November
1996, Barrington served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating
Officer of the company. Mr. Barrington also served as President and
Chief Operating Officer of AmeriCredit Financial Services, Inc. from its
formation in July 1992 until November 1996. He is a member of the
AmeriCredit Corp. Board of Directors. From May 1984 until July 1988, Mr.
Barrington was with Bank One, Texas, N.A., (formerly M Bank, Fort Worth)
in various capacities, most recently as Senior Vice President and

DANIEL E. BERCE has been Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of
AmeriCredit Corp. since November 1996. Mr. Berce has been Executive Vice
President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of AmeriCredit Corp.
since May 1991. From May 1990 until May 1991, he was Vice President,
